Action Leadership for Youth and Community Development Organisation Action Leadership for Youth and Community Development is a Community Based Organisation that aims at Hence we emphasise so much on ACTION LEADERSHIP.

The modus operandi of the organisation will be to first of all to conduct a Leadership course that includes the unpacking of the Leadership construct its meaning to the individual and his/her relationship with his immediate society,Communication,Teamwork and Team Building, Personal Growth and Development among others. After, that the participants in the course will be challenged to identify a chal

lenge in their immediate community through the process of community needs assessment and are instructed to attempt at solving that particular challenge. This will in, one process bring theoretical understanding into practice- which is community service learning. Ultimately, the organisation envisions to increase and improve youth participation in the planning and ex*****on of community development programs as part of exercising their leadership potentials. Our purpose to is to create an awareness and acceptance of individual and citizenship responsibilities through ongoing Leadership Development.
