💛 Standing Strong Against Bullying 💛
Even as the Cape Argus reports a rise in bullying in schools, the Peace Centre remains on the frontlines. 💪✨ Our incredible facilitators, Mr. James Ellman and Bilal, continue to visit schools daily, empowering learners with tools to stand up, speak out, and choose kindness. 🌱

Together, we can build safer, more compassionate classrooms — one conversation at a time. 🕊️

🌟 Understanding Bullying & Choosing Peace 🌟
This week, The Peace Centre visited Eldene Primary School with a powerful session for Grade 3 learners titled "Understanding Bullying and Choosing to be a Peacemaker or Peace Buddy."

Led by Bilal and James Ellman, the session helped learners unpack the difficult topic of bullying—what it is, how it affects everyone involved, and what they can do to create a more peaceful school environment.

From musical chairs to “The Ripple Effect” activity, learners explored the roles of victim, bully, and bystander, and committed to taking a stand for kindness, empathy, and respect.

💬 “Bullying breaks down character, it doesn’t build it.”
🕊️ Let’s raise a generation of Peace Makers and Peace Buddies who stand up, speak out, and spread kindness!
