NATIONAL WILLS WEEK!! (11 - 15 September 2017)

A will is a legal document by which a person expressly states the manner in which his/her property ought to be distributed upon death, in addition to the appointment of an executor who will see to its distribution.

It's always advisable to have a will as to avoid any potential conflict or confusion by your family members as to the distribution of your property once you're no more.
