RETURNING TO THE PAGE- Tomorrow’s Session

Sometimes the hardest part of writing is not the words — it’s the courage to begin again.
Tomorrow, we return to the page. Not to be perfect. Not to impress. But to be honest.
This session is a gentle reminder that your voice does not need polishing before it is valid. You don’t have to sound “deep” or “clever.” You don’t have to have the right words. All that is required is that you show up — with what you feel, what you felt, and what still lingers in you.

Returning to the Page is about releasing pressure.
It’s about writing through silence, through doubt, through long pauses between sentences.
It’s about trusting that even the messy, unfinished lines belong.

Whether you’ve been writing consistently or you’ve been away from the page for a long time, this space is for you. Bring your reflections, your half-formed thoughts, your poems, your letters to self — everything counts.

We hope you are having a productive Day and looking forward to the week. We are back again with our Writing Prompts and looking forward to reading your submissions. If you won't be able to make it to our session, here is another way to be part of it.

Theme: Returning to the Page

Sometimes the hardest part of writing is coming back to it.
After silence. After life. After fear. After doubt.
This theme invites writers to return gently — without pressure, without perfection — and to meet the page where they are.

WRITING PROMPTS:

1. The Apology Letter
Write a letter of apology — to yourself, to your craft, to a story you abandoned, or to the page itself. This prompt explores guilt, distance, and the quiet desire to begin again.

2. Where I Left Off
Pick up from a moment, a memory, or an unfinished thought. This prompt invites reflection on pauses, interruptions, and the places where life forced the pen to stop.

3. A Story I Thought I Lost
This is about rediscovery. A voice, a truth, a version of yourself, or a story you believed had disappeared. Write it as something found again — altered, bruised, or reborn.

4. The Page Is Not Angry
A reminder that the blank page does not judge. This prompt encourages writers to release fear, self-criticism, and hesitation, and to write freely without apology or expectation.

SUBMISSIONS OPEN TO:

Anyone is welcome to submit — experienced writers, beginners, poets, diarists, and those returning after a long silence.
You may submit poems, reflections, or letters inspired by any of the prompts.

PSSST… Hey there Arte Family! We are back and starting off the Year with a gathering directed to reconnecting with you, Our family. If you are new to our platform just know that
your voice has been waiting for you.

Arteffectz Live Literature Youth Hub warmly invites you to RETURNING TO THE PAGE — a reflective, pressure-free poetry and creative writing session designed for young people who are ready (or even just curious) to reconnect with their words.
This is not about perfection.
It’s not about performance.
It’s about coming back.
We’re creating a safe and gentle space to acknowledge the stories that were placed on hold — not abandoned, just waiting for the right moment. Whether life got loud, confidence faded, or the page felt heavy, this session is about returning at your own pace and in your own way.
You are welcome to write, read, listen, share a few lines, or simply sit quietly and absorb. Every form of presence is valid here. This is a reminder that your voice still exists — and it still matters.

💭 Unspoken Words – Poetry Session Today!

Today, we gather once again for our Poetry Session, under the moving theme:
“Unspoken Words – things we wish we’d said to someone who is struggling.”

This is more than just a poetry session — it’s a moment of reflection, healing, and togetherness. We all carry words that never made it out — words we wanted to say but didn’t. Maybe out of fear, silence, distance, or the uncertainty of how they’d be received. Today, we give those words a voice.

Our session is open to everyone — poets, writers, dreamers, and anyone who simply has something to share. Whether it’s a short message, poem, letter, or personal thought, your voice matters here.
