Caleb's Journey To Healing

If you are a pro golfer a starter or just playing for fun, come support Caleb's Journey To Healing fundraiser next week at the Barberton Golf Club. We need 20 players who are not looking to win but rather Come play as many holes as they can in the time given, the catch? You only need to bring in 1 business that will sponsor you for each hole it hit to the green. No fees for the course and a free golf cart for the players to use for the day, plus I will be there to support you since you will be there to support me! Please come join in the fun, no prizes but your support will help me on my journey to becoming the best person with you as part of my story I will one day be able to tell!

Everyone thought my friend Tamsin Ballantyne is my favorite but it might change lol. Today even though I had a sad and unfriendly start auntie Ronel was patient and we ended having Loads of fun with tasting new fruits and textures and ended on my big brows happy song from our favorite show Benzee.

As a mom I am always so grateful that we have the amazing team we have. Ronel working on Caleb's communication skills in fun and silly was but it helps Caleb's in entertaining ways. With Tamsin we get to play and have fun working out and learning new skills that will help Caleb grow stronger and strong. And then we have Hester who does ou physio, a remarkable lady who Caleb enjoys when he has her sessions. She works on those tough muscles and helps us to get Caleb moving.

Days do feel long and sometimes it is hard, but looking back to where we started almost a year ago, seeing Caleb's progress inspires not just us as a family but every single person who meets him and learns about his story. We are just a regular family with a little man who needs lots of love who one day will. Inspire more than just his immediate world. He will touch heart everywhere.

I thank every one of you who have supported us and still do, even if it's just a hug a message of courage or those who help in ways they don't even realize means the world to us.

It's such a joy to see you make such remarkable progress my sweet sweet warrior. We've been working hard with Physio Hester and Speech Therapy with Ronel from Stepmed but today we started with OT. And boy can I just say, think aunty Tamsin is in Love

Like Caleb we have a choice in life, sit in ashes or rise like a phoenix... How blessed am I as a mom to have a strong warrior son like him!
