πŸ’š World Mental Health Day 2026

This year’s theme, β€œLived experiences heard: real voices, real change,” speaks deeply to who we are at Baagi.

Baagi began because of a lived experience; watching someone close to us navigate depression and realising how little the people around them understood mental illness. What started as a desire to educate, create awareness and help families and communities understand mental health grew into the organisation we are today.

For us, lived experience has always been the starting point. When real experiences are heard, understanding grows, and change becomes possible.

Healthy Minds. Healthy Nation. πŸŽ—οΈ

Wellness Wednesday: Reflection or rumination? πŸ€”

Not all thinking helps us move forward. Reflection can lead to insight and action, while rumination keeps us replaying the same thoughts without resolution.

When you notice the loop, name it, ask what you can act on and gently shift from thinking to doing 🧠
