Greetings our beloved family, supporters and followers 🙂😁
Thought I'd give ya'll a little introduction about who and whaLiohyna Projectsts is, since we're a new organisation and all. 🙂
So, Liohyna Projects is a Non-profit Organisation formed and created by a group of young people from Maboloka Brits. The aim of creating this organisation was to develop and uplift the community of Maboloka and surrounding areas through involving the youth in sports, art and recreation.
We all know that the future of each and every community lies in the youth, and if therefore the youth isn't developing nor growing it simply imply that the community is also doomed for the worst. We all know most of our communities suffer from drug and substance abuse from youth, and the number 1 factor to such in most cases is youth unemployment and lack of facilities and centers to develop young people and coach them into being better individuals.
Therefore, Liohyna Projects came into being to say okay let's get kids off the streets and into Sports and art, coach them, train them and give them skills they could use to better themselves and ensure they have a brighter future. 😊😁
So far we have a netball club and a soccer club which consist of young people from the ages of 10 to 18.
The organisation, also, aims to involve the youth of the community on coming up with better ways to fight issues we face as the youth, like youth unemployment. We believe that if we all work together, we can win over this battle and help uplift our communities. ✊🏾✊🏾😁
We, also, don't discriminate against anyone based on their social status, gender, race, sexuality or disability, anyone is more than welcome into our family. 😁🏳️🌈🇿🇦
