Kutullo Disability Care Centre Kutullo disability care centre is a NGO that looks after children living with disability.

Kutullo Disability Care Centre was established in September 2001 and the organization has been active since its date of establishment to date and Kutullo looks after children living with disabilities, Orphans and vulnerable children and patients with chronic illnesses.The organization was appointed to the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) by the Independent Development Trust (IDT) in 2011
