As we celebrate Father’s Day, it’s a good opportunity to reflect on the important role fathers and father figures play in young children’s lives.
In the ECD space, a “father figure” can mean:
A dad
Grandfather
Uncle
Older brother
Stepfather
Guardian
Or any caring male role model in a child’s life
