Are you a young entrepreneur aged 18–35 with a business that needs funding to grow? The Mpumalanga Premier’s Youth Development Fund (PYDF) 2026/27–2027/28 is calling for applications!

Young people in Ward 24 are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and apply before the closing date of 28 August 2026 at 16:00.

YOUTH IN ACTION | OUR VOICES, OUR FUTURE

Last week, our NYS participants were on the ground engaging and encouraging learners to take an active role in shaping the future by registering to vote.

Through meaningful conversations and voter education, they reminded young people that their voices matter, their choices matter, and their participation matters.

We believe in empowering young people not only with skills and opportunities, but also with the knowledge and confidence to participate meaningfully in our democracy.

The future belongs to those who show up and make their voices heard. 🗳️✊🏾

Introducing Our Fezinkanyiso NYS Phase 5 Educational Support Participants

Fezinkanyiso Youth Development Centre is proud to announce that our NYS Phase 5 Educational Support participants have officially begun their six-month journey, with the programme kicking off today.

Over the next six months, participants will take part in impactful programmes including Life Skills Training, Voter Education, University and College Application Support, and many more educational initiatives that will be announced in due course.

Today marked the beginning of this exciting journey with a Life Skills Training session under the module “Who Am I? & Building My Personal Brand.” From engaging class discussions to interactive group activities, our participants are developing practical life skills that will empower them far beyond the classroom.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation Jabu Mahlangu Wekwaggafontein D Southern African Association of Youth Clubs (SAAYC)and National Youth Development Agency for investing in our young people and making this life-changing opportunity possible.

This is only the beginning, and we cannot wait to witness the growth, confidence, and impact these young people will make in our community.
