🇿🇦 “Not Allowed In” — SA Finance Minister Shut Out of G20

South Africa’s Finance Minister, Enoch Godongwana, has reportedly been blocked from attending key G20 meetings in Washington — despite South Africa being a full member of the group.

Yes… a sitting minister. Locked out.

Instead of outrage, Godongwana responded with a striking line:
👉 “It’s a holiday.”

But behind that calm response is a deeper story.

The United States, which currently holds the G20 presidency, controls access to these meetings — and has effectively denied accreditation to South Africa’s delegation, including its finance minister.
