Ending Women’s Month with Gratitude, Appreciation & Celebration

Last week Saturday, we closed off Women’s Month by honouring some truly remarkable women who give so much of themselves to keep their communities safe, fed, supported and cared for.

We had the privilege of welcoming phenomenal women from Bellville South, Kuils River, Kraaifontein, Delft, Ravensmead and surrounding communities to a special appreciation brunch and connection session.

It was a beautiful morning filled with delicious food, meaningful conversations, laughter and connection and, most importantly, a reminder to these incredible women that their work matters and that they are deeply appreciated.

Padel for Good Fundraising Day

Friends With Compassion (FWC) invites you to take part in and support our Padel for Good Fundraising Day, taking place on 28 February at Club Padel Stellenbosch.

This special event brings together business leaders and community members for a meaningful day of sport, connection, and purpose — all in support of one clear goal: providing daily, nutritious meals to children in vulnerable Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres.

By entering the event, you directly support our fundraising goal of sustainable nutrition for children who need it most. Most importantly, your contribution helps transform a single day of generosity into meals on plates — every school day.

Includes refreshments and snacks on the day. Equipment rental excluded.
