Please not that once again there are people impersonating me and scamming OST supporters for money. I will show an example of some correspondence below.
Take Note:
I will never contact you privately via Telegram or Whatsapp or via phone and ask you for money.
My emails are clearly shown on my websites like onesmalltown.org and michaeltellinger.com
To make sure that it is me you are talking to - please email me on [email protected] or [email protected]
People can become PATRONS of OST on the OST website - which links directly to the official PATREON page.
There is also a PATRON page for the Stone Circle Museum on the michaeltellinger.com website.
Scammers are asking prospective OST Ambassadors for large payments to be appointed as an ambassador. This is an immediate RED FLAG. We do NOT charge anyone for becoming a member or Ambassador in ONE SMALL TOWN. Memberships are free and open to anyone anywhere. Ambassadors are appointed after a deep scrutiny by our management team - there is no FEE to become an ambassador.
See email to Giulia, our UK Ambassador from an OST supporter being scammed. Luckily she contacted us before making any payments.
Dear Giulia,
Michael Tellinger aksed me to transfer 3870 $ as a registration fee.
I asked him what this money was for and he said: "Processing of your Identity and shipping to Germany"
I told him that I dont have those savings and he asked what I could afford and I said 200 EUR and he asked to send him an apple gift card.
He also said that ambassadors are paid.
I told him that I dont need to be paid, I would do this voluntrarily - as you déscribed.
I feel something is not quite right here and I wanted you to know this.
Yesterday I was happy and willing to throw myself into the work and translating everything into German, and now I am discouraged by this behaviour.
I watched the Spotlight video with you and was impressed by your integrity. Thats why I am writing to you. 🙂

Two weeks ago, we looked at how to join with a personal account on the ONE SMALL TOWN platform.

Let's now look at how to log in to your account. Start by clicking on the link given to you as the first comment, below this publication. Then click on "Members Log In" in the white strip at the top left of your screen, and then on the blue "Member Login" button.

Enter the email address you gave when you joined and your password, then click on the blue "Sign In" button... and that's it, you are now connected to your personal account.

We'll be exploring the various features over the coming weeks. In the meantime, you can already take a look at your profile. Click on box 1, entitled "My profile". Check your details. Change anything that is incorrect and add any missing information. Then click on the blue "Update My Information" button to save all your data.

To log out, click on the "Home" tab, then on box 13 entitled "Log Out". And there you go, you've just got the hang of our platform.

I'm sure you will agree that the whole point of a token is to use it to purchase goods and services! One Small Town has thought of everything, and that is why it is called an Integrated Community Development Plan.

We have designed OST Stores whose role is to offer all that is grown, manufactured, acquired, or created by the OST members in all their businesses. The OST Store is the place where members who have successfully completed the minimum pledge of 4 four Contributing Sessions per month will be eligible to go in order to collect their monthly basket of goods, as the benefit for their monthly contribution.

When members collect their monthly allocation of goods from the OST store, ONE Infinity Token is removed from the Members’ digital wallet and deposited into the store’s wallet. This is the proof that the member has collected their allocated basket of goods for that month.

Everyone (not only OST members) is welcome to shop at an OST Physical Store and benefit from our low prices. Compliant members automatically qualify for a discount at the OST Store.

ONE SMALL TOWN Barrydale, South Africa, is pleased to present its playground skatepark community project. It's more than just skateboarding, it's above all an opportunity to help young people develop new skills, keep them away from drugs and gangs, give them a chance to reintegrate into society and pave the way for a hopeful future.

Barrydale is a small town lacking in economic activity as well as recreational and sports facilities. As a result, many young people are left to fend for themselves on the streets. They take refuge in drugs, alcohol and delinquency to escape an unbearable daily routine. What they know of group life is often reduced to gang violence.

The whole point of this skatepark project is to show them that the street is also a place of cooperation and solidarity, where young people can work together on a common project, while developing new social, manual and organizational skills. It's also about providing them with a place where they can get together, practice their passion for skateboarding and do some physical exercise.

Only they need something tangible to reward their efforts. That's why they'll be offered a skateboard, which they'll own and be responsible for.

At One Small Town, we choose to believe in a reality of sharing, self-giving, cooperation, co-ownership, abundance and prosperity. All this may seem illusory in comparison with the grim reality we are fed daily by the media, of wars, scheming and greed for money. And yet, when we look around us, reality is made up of tons of much more positive things.

Everything you see, or think you see, is perceived through a distorting mirror that reflects a distorted vision of reality. You can't conceive of things any other way than within the spectrum of beliefs conveyed by the society in which you live and all its components: media, school, family, and so on. This reality is subjective and acts like a veil of illusions that prevents us from seeing things as they really are.

However it all seems very real, because our thoughts come to life in everything we see around us. This is why the lives of people who brood are a succession of miseries, while everything seems to succeed for those who think positively. Change your way of thinking, and the reality around you will become quite different... even if it takes time. It's like waking up out of a dream world.

There's still time to open up to the possibility of another world, light years away from the one we're led to believe in. One Small Town is here to offer you another vision of the world, one that lays the foundations for a harmonious world... during our lifetime.

The price of the INFINITY token is determined by the algorithm on the OST PLATFORM , according to a number of factors, which include, but are not limited to:

number of participating members, collective time contributed by the members, perceived value by the public, public demand, and/or a value derived from the use of the OST Infinity Token in the OST community, related to the distribution of goods and services.

At its launch, the value of the INFINITY token was estimated to be $40 (USD) which is the average wage for 3-hours of work in the USA. The launch price of the INFINITY token was $1.00.

As the formula for the value of the token indicates, the price of the token is currently closely correlated with the growing number of members. This is because the number of members affects the amount of work done by contributing members and the potential amount of work that can be expected from new registrants. The value of the token will therefore gradually grow over the months to come, as the OST initiative grows and new projects are started and more members keep joining OST.

Today, let's discover together the Concept store in Ras El Matn, Lebanon, beautifully named Bayt El Day3a, which means "Home of Unity".

Its name sums up the purpose of this place. Born in a neighborhood of Ras El Matn where division reigned, the concept store was created to bring harmony and cooperation back to the area. But how? By sharing resources and co-ownership.

Whether you feel like enjoying a meal or a smoothie, borrowing tools or helping to maintain community properties co-owned by members (parks, gardens, and even a community center), the Concept store is the place to be in Ras El Matn.

When Alice enters Wonderland, she enters a reality quite different from the one she knew. Sometimes she even achieves what she thought was unthinkable, by seeing the invisible. She could have chosen to flee, frightened by so many things foreign to her usual frame of reference.

Yet never once does she look back and wonder how she's going to get out of this new reality. She chooses to live the experience to the full. She even ends up expressing the fact that she has no desire to return to her previous life, that she regards as boring and stupid. She makes a choice: she wants to change her reality, to make her life different, more beautiful, more in tune with who she is and her aspirations.

Now you know that the price of our INFINITY token is set by an algorithm essentially according to the number of members in ONE SMALL TOWN and the time contributed, enabling it to gain in value steadily and regularly.

But we have taken some more measures to enable our token to reconcile security and constant growth. Here are the three other steps we have taken :
