This Saturday, 6 June, a group of kind-hearted TRANCEMISSION supporters will be descending on Wetnose Animal Rescue Centre to walk their rescued dogs, awaiting their forever homes.

We are asking something today from every person who has ever:

🐾 Adopted from us
🐾 Surrendered an animal to us
🐾 Sent us a cruelty complaint
🐾 Shared our number because “Cat Angel Refuge will help”
🐾 Called us during an emergency
🐾 Watched us jump into action when everyone else walked away

Now we need YOU to help US.

Because rescue cannot survive forever on adrenaline, caffeine, panic and Jo aggressively refreshing the banking app hoping money magically appears. ☕😭😂

Our Legion of Angels sustainability plan is simple:

🔥 1000 people x R50 a month
= The monthly basics covered

🔥 2000 people x R50 a month
= Basics PLUS petrol and vet bills covered monthly

🔥 3000 people x R50 a month
= Basics, vet bills, petrol PLUS infrastructure repairs and maintenance covered monthly

We are aiming for a future of:
🐾 Less begging bowl
🐾 More “guess what happened today”

Less:
“Sorry we do not have petrol funds.”

More:
“We are already on our way.” 🚗🔥

So we can keep:
🐒 Jumping out of moving vehicles to rescue vervets
⚖ Sitting for hours on hard court benches fighting for justice
🐾 Saving more Jax, Memphis and Lua
🚨 Responding when others cannot or will not
❤️ Being the people who show up

Less surviving.
More rescuing.

That is the power of collective love.

Not one billionaire.
Not one miracle donor.
Thousands of ordinary people standing together and saying:
“We believe this refuge deserves to survive.”
