Congratulations to our PsySSA-affiliated contributors! 📚
PsySSA is proud to celebrate the publication of Decolonial African-Centered Community Psychologies: Redressing Historical Harms, an important contribution to African-centred psychological scholarship.
We extend our congratulations to the editors, Prof Peace Kiguwa and Dr Jude Clark, together with Prof Tholene Sodi, Dr Sipho Dlamini, Mr Daniel den Hollander, and all the contributors whose scholarship has brought this important volume to life.
It is especially meaningful to see conversations initiated through PsySSA webinars and Congress panel discussions develop into a publication with international reach. This volume reflects the value of dialogue, collaboration, and scholarship, and the impact these can have in advancing psychological knowledge and African-centred perspectives.
We thank the editors, authors, and contributors for their continued contribution to psychology in South Africa, across the African continent, and internationally.
