Calling all cat lovers :) We are needing a couple of volunteers for our very well managed colony in the North of Johannesburg. Our beautiful beasts are all spayed/neutered and get fed every afternoon. They are fit, fat and flourishing! All their food is already paid for. All we need is someone with a feline passion who wants to spend a little time, one afternoon a week, to do the feeding and loving. Everything you need will be provided to you. It's a small colony - you'll probably only see 4-6 at a time. The feeding takes 20 minutes, or if you're enjoying the cuddles, then as long as you like. They are quite tame, playful and lovable. The location is also very safe. It's a beautiful school around where Douglasdale, Olivedale and Bryanston intersect. Many of our feeders go to enjoy the quiet and beauty of the location while getting in their "kitty-fix". I personally find it a wonderful, happy space that has given me time to breathe and get a break from the real world.

We have a fantastic crew of people taking turns to feed - who occasionally meet up for pizza and wine as well. Due to personal changes in circumstances, we are going to be needing a couple more to join and help out.
