Ekhaya Lethu Sports Project on 13August 2022 at Barnato Park High School in Hillbrow hosted a Women's Football Tournament to celebrate "Women's Month and belated World Refugee Day".The project is supported by Australian High Commission and also World Sports Betting and implemented by Football Without Borders and aims to provide a platform where human rights and values in order to change stereotype and stigma that triggers anti migrant attitude but encourages reconciliation and understanding of differences.I would like to thank Francis Phiri from Ekhayalethu Rising Stars FC for organising the event and being an agent of change amongst the youths

On 18 July 2022 in order to celebrate Nelson Mandela International Day through our Ekhaya Lethu Sports Project as an organisation we partnered with African Basket and provided 21 young boys from our partner organisation Ekhayalethu Rising Stars FC with food hampers.The day was also an opportunity to celebrate diversity as the young boys have backgrounds from South Africa,Zimbabwe,Congo and Nigeria. We would like thank African Basket officials, Dorothy Ncube,Shaudzirai Mudekenyu for this wonderful day and also Francis Phiri form Ekhayalethu Rising Stars FC
