Winter hits differently when you don’t have a warm meal, blanket, or jacket. Right now, thousands of families across our communities are facing the cold with almost nothing.

At Hope SA Foundation, our Winter Drive is focused on bringing warmth, dignity, and hope to those who need it most.

We are collecting:
Blankets
Jackets
Warm clothing
Non perishable food
Soup ingredients
Kids winter essentials

Every donation matters. One blanket may not change the world… but it can change someone’s night.

Our hearts are with the families affected by the devastating Level 8 storms in Gqeberha and across the Eastern Cape.

Severe flooding, bitter cold and displacement have left many families stranded with nothing after their homes were flooded. Hope SA Foundation is assisting vulnerable families with emergency relief and support during this crisis.

To every emergency responder, volunteer and community member helping on the ground, thank you for bringing hope in the storm. 🇿🇦

Rand Water planned maintenance from 29 May – 2 June 2026 is expected to affect multiple areas across Johannesburg including:

Residents may experience:
⚠️ Low water pressure
⚠️ Intermittent outages
⚠️ Temporary loss of water supply
⚠️ Slow recovery after maintenance
