The Rotary Club of Phalaborwa invites you to join us in making a lasting difference in the lives of the most
vulnerable members of our community. Our goal for 2025 is to restore the eyesight of 100 individuals through cataract operations at Maphutha L Malatji Hospital in partnership with the South African Council for the Blind (SACB). This target was set after consultations with local hospitals and stakeholders to reduce the backlog meaningfully.

Each cataract operation costs R7,630, and your support will help us meet our fundraising goal.
We have structured sponsorship tiers for companies and individuals:
• Bronze Sponsor (1 – 4 Surgeries): R7,630 – R30,520
• Silver Sponsor (5 – 9 Surgeries): R38,150 – R68,670
• Gold Sponsor (10 – 14 Surgeries): R76,300 – R106,820
• Platinum Sponsor (15 – 20 Surgeries): R114,450 – R152,600
