‼️‼️‼️ *Man as leader*
Being a leader is not a simple subject. It's sad that our boys grow without being taught leadership, and then all of a sudden, they get married and are supposed to lead the wife. This is when you realize the deficiency of leadership skills and knowledge. So men let's not leave the continued predicament of having untaught leaders in our sons. Let's teach our sons leadership. If you yourself are bad at it as well let's for starters send them for leadership skills training. At least it's a better start. The women are looking for leaders in men. Sadly only to find out after marriage that they are better at it than the poor guy😔😔. The children also are yearning for a leader in the father. Baba Guti once said "if a child comes to daddy and asks for money and is redirected to the mother and that happens frequently, the child will end up just going straight to mom coz the child will soon realize that mom has the solutions and not dad." So u are selling your position as provider. So men pliz lead your wife and children.
