Sometimes, making an impact starts by simply recognising the people who are already making a difference. 💙

For our One District, One Impact project, we chose to support and recognise someone who continues to contribute positively to their community.

This is also not where the project ends. We hope to continue building on this initiative and finding more ways to support the positive work already happening within our community. 🌱🤝🏽

Because real impact doesn’t have to happen all at once, sometimes, it starts with one person, one act of kindness, and the decision to keep showing up.

One District. One Impact.🌍💙

A powerful reminder of what community and compassion can achieve 🤝❤️

After the devastating storms and floods that affected many families in our community, the Rotaract Club of Hermanus, together with the incredible support of The 100 Club, was able to assist a family of six who lost their home during the disaster.

Through the dedication and hard work of our Rotaractors Esihle Ndevu, Inga, and Mardee, a new Wendy House was successfully installed — restoring not only shelter, but hope, comfort, and dignity during an incredibly difficult time.

This project is a true reflection of Service Above Self and the impact we can make when we come together to uplift those in need. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this possible 💙✨ Inga Mfundisi Mardee Cita
