🐾 Henley at Heart Presents the Launch of Our Pet Remembrance Garden & Bee Hotel! 🐝💚

Join us for a special community gathering as we celebrate two exciting new additions to Henley our beautiful Pet Remembrance Garden and Bee Hotel.

This meaningful event is a chance to honour the cherished pets who have left paw prints on our hearts while also supporting local biodiversity through our new bee-friendly initiative.

📅 Date: 27 June 2026
⏰ Official Launch: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Venue: Fraser Park Cricket Oval

🐶 Fur Babies Welcome! Bring Them Along!

Bring the whole family, including your four-legged friends, for a morning of remembrance, community spirit, and celebration.

Some companions come into our lives for only a short while, but leave pawprints on our hearts forever.

Whether they had fur, feathers, scales, or hooves, the animals who shared our lives gave us unconditional love, loyalty, comfort, and companionship.

Their memories deserve a special place to live on.
Henley @ Heart is proud to introduce For Our Companion Angels, a beautiful memorial initiative where you can honour a beloved companion with a personalised memorial brick.

Each memorial brick includes: 🧱 A personalised engraved plaque ❤️ A hidden chamber for a special keepsake, ashes, collar tag, favourite toy, or other treasured memento 🌿 A permanent place to visit, reflect, and remember ✨ A lasting tribute to a life that touched your heart.

Every brick tells a story. Every name is remembered. Every companion is honoured.

Cost: R500 per memorial brick

🙌🙌❤️❤️We are beyond thrilled by the incredible generosity we've experienced recently at Henley at Heart. This week, we were so privileged to have received a remarkable donation from the Rotary Club. See below the beautiful message that was sent to us by the Rotary Club:❤️

Rotary Meyerton/Henley on Klip was proud to officially hand over a small ride-on lawnmower to Henley at Heart on Wednesday.

Henley at Heart continues to do an amazing job in maintaining and beautifying the communal gardens and spaces in Henley on Klip, and as a community-run organisation that relies solely on donations, we hope this contribution will assist in making the work a little easier and more sustainable.

Through funds received from our participation in Henley’s annual WAM Festival, together with various Rotary fundraisers over the years, we felt it was important to invest back into a project that truly reflects community spirit, pride, and sustainability.

Thank you to everyone at Henley at Heart for the dedication and hard work you put into keeping our village beautiful for all to enjoy.

We reached out to Hardware in Henley Store, and we’re so thankful AND gratetful, they generously supplied all the tools and paint we needed.🎉💃💃💃

📣📣📣A big thank you also goes to zach and Cia who did all the hard work it may not be a big change, but it already feels so much brighter.

After Henley sadly ‘lost’ 4 Bluegum trees, something beautiful has grown from it.

Thanks to the amazing team at Henley@Heart, 9 Liquid Amber trees have now been planted in their place ❤️

It’s always hard to see old trees removed, especially when they’ve been part of our landscape for so long. But today, we celebrate new roots being planted for future generations to enjoy. 🌱

Thank you to everyone involved in making this happen. This is what community looks like — caring, restoring, and growing together.

What a truly special evening 💚

A massive thank you to each and every person who joined us for the Henley@Heart Valentine’s event. Your presence, love, and support made the evening so meaningful and memorable. It was truly beautiful to see our community come together.

A sincere thank you to both Durban Delicious and About Time for the fantastic food, and to About Time Coffee Shop for the wonderful service. Everything was absolutely superb and so appreciated.

And finally, a very special thank you to our Henley@Heart committee members for all the hard work that went into making the evening such a success. Your dedication and effort behind the scenes truly made it all possible.
