Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings.

My name is David Tshanga from Dream Center of Hope in Hammanskraal. We are kindly requesting support in the form of food parcels and basic necessities for vulnerable families in our community.

Currently, we are supporting a family led by a 12-year-old caregiver as well as five other underprivileged families facing severe hardship. We also run a community center where local artists, children, and struggling families come to receive meals and support.

We would greatly appreciate assistance with:

Food parcels

Blankets and winter support

Toiletries and hygiene products

Clothing and basic necessities

Any support your organization can provide would make a meaningful impact in our community.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,David Tshanga

Today, the arts community stands in silence as we mourn the passing of a true giant, Bra Frans Mabunda. Through his work with the Vuka Sizwe Dramatic Youth and the Greater Hammanskraal Arts and Culture Forum, he didn’t just teach performance; but he built character and provided a home for creativity.

Bra Frans was more than an artist; he was a mentor and a father figure who left behind a legacy as vast as the Baobab tree he was compared to. Our deepest condolences go out to his family, his students, and everyone whose life was touched by his wisdom.

Rest in power, Bra Frans. Your curtain call may have come, but the stage you built remains
