On Friday, I had the exciting opportunity to serve as one of the judges at the lively City of Tshwane Region 7 Spelling Bee competition. The atmosphere was filled with eager anticipation as young contestants showcased their remarkable spelling skills, representing the Imbewu Arts and Culture Forum. It was truly inspiring to see such talent and dedication among the participants!

*Postponement Announcement: Ekangala Art Festival 2024*

Dear Community and Stakeholders,

We regret to inform you that Imbewu Art and Culture Forum has decided to postpone the Ekangala Art Festival originally scheduled for 2024. This difficult decision comes in light of our inability to secure necessary funding from our main donor, the Gauteng Department of Sports, Arts, Culture, and Recreation, due to challenges related to fund mismanagement.

We understand the anticipation surrounding this event and the impact it has on our vibrant community. Please be assured that we are actively seeking alternative funding sources and exploring options to ensure that the festival can take place in the future.

We appreciate your support and understanding during this time. We will keep you updated on any developments and the new dates for the festival as soon as possible.
