Thank you, St Anne’s School, for this beautiful Valentine’s Day initiative! 🌸💕

Every single child brought something from home to support our soup kitchen, and today when we collected the donations, our hearts were completely filled. The love and kindness shown by the learners and teachers means more to us than words can express.

When kids help kids, it touches us in a very special way. 🫶🏽

A heartfelt thank you to Janine for organising this wonderful project, to the principal for the support, and to every learner, parent, and staff member who was involved. Thank you to the parents who gave something from their homes, and to every child who brought a donation for Plateless.

✨ What an incredible start! ✨

This morning our Grade 1 boys brought in an amazing 94 loaves of bread for the Plateless Initiative, which supports those less fortunate in our community.

This is our first weekly collection and we are so proud of the generosity and enthusiasm shown by our Grade 1 boys and their families. What a wonderful way to begin! 💛

Melanie and Kay — our day-one supporters — came all the way from Germany to visit our soup kitchen last week. With so much love, they helped us cook and serve food for around 550 little bellies, and they even donated our much-needed third cooking pot!

We are feeling beyond blessed and grateful.
