Rotaract Gately We are a group of enthusiastic young adults (18yrs & over) striving to make a difference in and around East London!

Rotaract Gately is a vibrant Rotaractor service club that makes a positive impact in the East London community and provides opportunities for its members to grow and develop personally and professionally. Our members are from 18 years old & are all from different professions and careers. Our formal Club Meeting takes place every third Thursday of the month wherein we plan our service projects & up

Yesterday, members of the Rotaract Club of Gately visited Salem Baby Care Center to deliver much-needed nappies to support their wonderful work in our community.
We're grateful we could help when they needed it most - their supplies were running low and this donation will make a real difference for the families they serve.
It's moments like these that remind us why community service is at the heart of what we do. Together, we're building stronger communities, one act of kindness at a time.

Our Teddy Bear Project finally concluded yesterday when we dropped off all the mom and child care packages at the maternity ward at Frere Hospital 😁🤍 we gifted over 67 mothers with a hamper that has all the necessities needed for a new mom and their bundle of joy!

Thank you to those that donated for all the support and those mothers definitely appreciated the kind gesture !
That is how our club decided to honour Tata Mandela this year 😊

Our 67 minutes that turned into 4 hours with Gately Rotaract😁We were packing our hampers for the new moms at Frere Hospital as part of our Teddy Bear Project - thanks for all donations and support
We will be doing our drop off tomorrow morning
