SATIC KZN held its 2026 Imbizo. The was a hybrid event, with the online session focused on reporting back to members by Siphiwe Msiza-Mbonambi, KZN Representative on the SATIC Board. The discussions were robust, and Siphiwe Msiza-Mbonambi tabled her agenda for lobbying in the province. The points can be accessed from Siphiwe Msiza-Mbonambi, and practitioners in the province should reach out if they want further details. The second part of the Imbizo was held in person at uVongo Town Hall in , which focused on (AI Tools) for practitioners. to all those who were able to attend, and a special thank you to Siya Sotsu, Sibongile September from Ray Nkoyeni Municipality, Ray Nkonyeni Municipality, Ugu District Municipality. As well as Bongani Baai from the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture, and Slindile Radebe and Phumelele Maphumulo. Ahead of the Imbizo, Siphiwe Msiza-Mbonambi also managed to meet with the founder, Mr Ndalwane and the children of the Nominated Organisation, which works to expose children to arts and crafts in the Bomela area, eMthwalume.
