A GIFT THAT KEEPS ON GIVING

We remain incredibly grateful for the donation of Subz Washable Pads and panties that we received in July for our female learners and staff.

Reusable products are not only a practical way to help girls and women manage their monthly cycles with dignity — they can also save money over time and do something wonderful for our planet by reducing the amount of disposable sanitary waste.

✨ Education is one of the greatest tools we can give young girls, and knowledge gives them confidence. 💜

On 6 August, and our incredible ambassador Maphaladi visited Irene Middle School, where they had the privilege of speaking to 40 school girls and 10 teachers about puberty and menstruation.

It was an engaging and interactive session filled with thoughtful questions, including:
🌸 *When do periods stop?*
🌸 *What is female circumcision?*
🌸 *Is it possible to continue having your period while pregnant?*

These conversations remind us just how important it is to create safe spaces where girls can ask questions, learn, and feel empowered without fear or embarrassment.

A heartfelt thank you to Solar Africa for your continued support and commitment to helping keep girls in school. Your generosity, care, and dedication are making a real difference in the lives of these young women, and we are so grateful to have you alongside us on this journey.
