As *individuals*, we can contribute by supporting local causes, donating what we can, volunteering our time, choosing to shop responsibly, and speaking up for fair opportunities for all.

A further call is on *organisations* to lead with purpose by creating jobs, paying fair wages, supporting vulnerable communities, investing in skills development, and building partnerships that create real opportunities.
