The IDA Care Foundation was founded and established by Pieter Wessels in 2014, it was registered as a Non-profit Organization and registered as such with the Receiver of Revenue. Because we and our dealer members believe in giving back to Society, and we have to date done a lot of good. It was decided by the board of Trustees that we should change the name to Lightstone Care Foundation in 2021, th

is was done with approval of our dealer members. The Foundation focus on supporting abused Women and Children in the communities that our Company and Dealer Members serve. Currently our two major monthly contributors are the Independent Dealers Association on behalf of it’s members and IDA Risk Management, owned by Lightstone (Pty) Ltd. We do receive Ad-Hoc donations from Lula Sandla and Lightstone. In saying the above Covid had a huge impact on support and donations. Orphanages, Schools for Disabled and Autistic Children, Feeding Schemes and Shelters for abused Women and Children, not limited to this. (On approval by the Trustees.)
