We train Medical Alert- and Service Dogs, and conduct volunteer therapy dog visits through our Thera🐾Paws™️ initiative.

🎉Day 3: International Assistance Dog Week🐾

They say actions speak louder than words… but have you ever met an assistance dog who wants to join the conversation? 🐶💙

Our future heroes are exceptional listeners, always ready to support their handlers. But every now and then, they have an opinion to share too! Whether it's a happy bark, an excited "woo-woo," or a dramatic yawn at just the right moment, they certainly know how to make themselves heard.
Because even heroes have their chatty days. 💙🐾

🐾 Day 2 – International Assistance Dog Week 🐾

Even future heroes have those days... 😅

Sometimes training can wait just one more minute when there's a perfect hiding spot in the garden! 🌿🐶

Our assistance dogs work incredibly hard, but they're still dogs who love to explore, play and occasionally think they're masters of hide-and-seek. Those playful moments remind us that behind every highly trained assistance dog is a happy, curious companion.
💙 We wouldn't have them any other way.

This week, we're celebrating the incredible dogs whose dedication, intelligence, and unwavering loyalty help change lives every day.
Being an assistance dog is a very special calling, but every hero starts as a playful puppy. Behind every confident assistance dog are countless hours of training, patient handlers, dedicated trainers... and yes, a few cheeky moments that keep us smiling! 🐶💙

This week, we'll be celebrating the entire journey, from puppy to partner, and recognising the amazing people who make it possible: our trainers, puppy raisers, handlers, volunteers, and the remarkable dogs who give so much of themselves.

After all, every great assistance dog has a story… and probably a blooper or two! 😄

🐾 Training Highlights 🐾

A great service dog doesn't just perform commands, they stay calm, focused, and confident, even when the world around them is full of distractions.

This week, our future heroes worked on desensitisation and focus while children played nearby, rode bicycles, and enjoyed the outdoors. These real-life training scenarios help our dogs learn to remain attentive to their handler, no matter what's happening around them.

Every distraction is another opportunity to learn, grow, and become a dependable partner for someone who will one day rely on them.

One training session at a time, we're building calm, confident future heroes. 💙🐶
