The Women Lead Movement NPC (WLM) is a non-profit company, registered in South Africa.The company was formed to provide an alternative solution to effectively deal with inequality, discrimination as well as other forms of human rights violations.

The Women Lead Movement’s key focus speaks to the aspirations of the National Development Plan (NDP 2030) and the UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) by “Empowering Women to Lead Societal Change in their Communities”
