We keep doing what we love doing and thats to develop a love for athletics,building strong athletes to holistically succeed in life.With our life skills and education tutoring program added to our athletics program we manage to connect all dots.A big thank to our athletes who attended this session on Saturdays just to make a difference in their own lives.And we so much greatful to our tutors who willingly saw the need and help where they can.

As an organisation who not only cater for the sporting side of our athletes but holistically.We are in need of any professional retired or available tutors in Macassar.

We are mostly working with athletes who are in Grafe 7-12 and need Mathematic and Languages Afrikaans and English tutors.

Our athletes are so committed and even come out to train on a public holiday day.

We had a special coach who are a specicialist sprint and performance coach who shared valuable information and training on the latest training techniques.

We happy to see so much progression as we all know Rome was not build in one day we go one step at a time.

what a great way starting our new week with baseline training.Our competition season has come to an end and athletes build up from scratch.Love to see them enjoying training.

Some even get rewarded for exellent performance and for commitment for their attendance
