Feedback on iGen and CISCO event held in Venda, Limpopo.
The students that attended the event were encouraged and excited to be a part of such an event with some of them mentioning that they feel grateful for iGen organising The Cisco Networking academy to come. Most of the students will have skills enough to start their own successful businesses and to be excellent candidates at their workplaces which is the main objective for the collaboration.
The local Mc Donalds at Thohoyandou supported and sponsored the event. iGen’s donors were impressed with the effort that the education trust is putting in to ensure community development, student support and enrichment. The donors felt that they could do more by encouraging others like community leaders, and parents like them to donate towards iGen for more students to receive such development and support. Some said the event made them feel hopeful for their children’s future. At the end of the event, gifts were awarded to attendees who were able to answer the questions about the event.
