From 3D Design to Real-World Solutions: An Overview Of My Innovations. Please share.👍

As the founder of Biochar Kilns International, I’m dedicated to advancing sustainability through innovative biochar technology and environmental projects. My work has included developing energy-efficient kilns that reduce emissions by up to 80%, and running pilot studies funded by international partnerships. As can be seen, I am most interested in low tech retort systems. To bring my ideas to life, I first used 3D drawing software to create and refine my designs. This video release is a comprehensive showcase of most of my work to date. Subscribe to see my upcoming international travel videos in which I will provide training on the Biolyser. If you enjoyed this overview of my journey, please consider joining my Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/BKI). Some of the content is freely available for everyone to enjoy, while exclusive material and in-depth insights are reserved for my valued Patreon supporters. Thank you for being part of this journey toward a greener future! Kobus Venter, South Africa.

Many people ask me what exactly we do at BKI. Much of our work builds on previous commissions, from designing charcoal gasifier camping stoves to developing multi-kiln progressive batch biochar systems. Visit our Patreon for unredacted photos: We frequently get approached by farmers wanting to convert invasive plant species into valuable products. Once faced with cleared invasives, they start thinking there must be a way to transform that waste into something useful....

In a world where Environmentally Conscious are no longer just buzzwords, but a necessity, Angus McIntosh (Farmer Angus) is pioneering regenerative agriculture practices that not only nourish the land but also produce some of South Africa's most delicious food. Here’s how he does it: His Grazing MethodHigh-density, rotational, multi-species grazing: He moves animals frequently to mimic nature. Cattle are moved two to three times daily, chickens daily in Eggmobiles, and pigs weekly....
