Too often we spend our time seeking 's ,what He can give us,instead of seeking His Kingdom and His heart.Jesus calls us to make God's Kingdom our first priority, not just our own interests or desires. When we seek Him above everything else,He faithfully provides for our needs and directs our steps.

"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."
*Matthew 6:33*

Don't just seek God's hand for His blessings,seek , , and .

When you put God first, everything else falls into its proper place.

Character Matters
More Than Status
Life is not ultimately about money, fame, titles, possessions,or appearing perfect. These things are temporary and will one day fade away. What truly matters is how we treat others and whether our lives reflect the character of Christ.

The Bible teaches us that humility, kindness, compassion, and love are far more valuable than worldly success.A person may gain recognition and wealth, but if they leave behind a trail of hurt, bitterness, and broken relationships, they have missed what God considers most important.

"Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves." 2:3
As the years pass, beauty fades, titles are forgotten, and earthly achievements lose their importance. But kindness leaves a lasting legacy. The love we show, the grace we extend, and the way we treat people are remembered long after everything else is gone.

Jesus taught that our love for God is revealed by our love for others. If we cannot live in peace, forgiveness, and love with people here on earth,we should examine our hearts, because heaven is a place where God's love reigns perfectly.
"By this everyone will know that you are My disciples,if you love one another." 13:35
,be ,be .In a world that celebrates pride and self-promotion,Christ calls us to love. The greatest measure of a life well-lived is not what we accumulated, but how faithfully we reflected God's love to those around us. ❤️

a

to this*

This is a sobering reality of life in today’s world, quiet often unspoken, yet deeply present in many homes.A parent/child/children,who once filled a house with noise, care, correction, laughter, and sacrifice can later find themselves needing the very thing that was once freely given, .The device's becomes a substitute for conversation not because it's truly loved, but because silence can feel like abandonment. And in that silence,Scripture begins to speak with clarity about responsibility, love, and the unchanging order of God.

God never designed family to become distant once life becomes busy. His command still stands with weight and authority:
your and your ” Not only when they are strong, helpful, or convenient, but also when they are weak, quiet,or dependent,Honor in Scripture is not limited to respect in words;it is expressed in attention, care, and intentional presence. And Paul reinforces this truth, saying:“If anyone does not provide for his own,and especially for those of his household,he has denied the faith”1 5:8.This is not merely about provision of resources, but also provision of love, time, and responsibility.

As parents grow older, their deepest need is often financial support, but relational warmth,a call that is not rushed,a visit that is not postponed,a meal shared without distraction,a listening ear,and the simple reassurance that they are still loved, still valued, still “home” to someone. The cry of Scripture echoes this human reality:“Do not cast me off in the time of old age,do not forsake me when my strength fails” 71:9.This is not only David’s cry,it is the silent prayer of many hearts today.

Yet in the reality of life, many children find themselves pulled by busyness, personal ambition, and their own families.Words such as “I am busy,” “I have my own life,” “I will call later,” or “they are fine where they are,”
slowly become barriers that distance hearts.Without always realizing it,some begin to shift parents from the center of honor to the margin of convenience. Visits become rare.
Conversations become brief.Care becomes delegated. And emotional presence is replaced by obligation or systems.

This is the painful truth of our time, some parents are not abandoned in , but in .Not always openly, but gently forgotten through .

And even though circumstances differ,God’s order does not change. Whether a child feels , ,or in distance, Scripture still speaks the same, you are still the child, and the command to .God does not shift His Word to match human pain or perspective. He is just, and He sees all things rightly. What feels unfair in human experience is ultimately placed in His hands, for He alone judges with perfect justice.

For this reason, every child is called to examine their heart in the light of God’s Word, Not your ego,Not emotion, Not I've made it this fare, not convenience,or I can Do better without them,Because honoring parents is not dependent on how they performed, but on how God commands. It is part of obedience to Him.

Even Jesus confronted hearts that replaced true care with outward appearance, reminding us that God is never satisfied with external gestures when love is absent 7:9–13.In the same way, special days, messages,or occasional acknowledgments can never replace consistent honor lived out in daily life.

And here is the sobering principle woven throughout Scripture: “A man reaps what he sows” 6:7.This is not spoken to threaten, but to reveal order. What is planted in relationships often grows into future experience. Children learn not only from what is taught, but from what is before them.

So the call of God is simple, yet weighty,
Do not wait until it is
Too to honor.
Do not allow
To replace .
Do not let replace .And Do not let the noise of life, silence the quiet responsibility of family.

Because one day, roles will shift.Strength will fade. Voices will soften. And what remains will not be what was said in good intention, But what was lived in .

If there is nothing you feel you can be grateful for, then at the very least, give thanks for the very DNA that brought you into this world, the life you received through your parents, the simple fact that you were given the gift of existence.

In the end,if you find yourself struggling with resentment toward the very source of your life, then understand this is not a matter to be settled in human argument alone.Take it up with God,who is the Author of life and the One who ultimately establishes order, purpose and identity.

Yet,through it all,God remains the unchanging witness, calling every generation back to His order:to honor,to love,to remember, and to value those who once gave everything so that we could begin life with theirs.

For every life has a beginning that is not self-made,and every person is connected to a lineage that God Himself allowed.

ps.If,as a child, you are unable to see or understand the order God has established, then it is wise to pause and examine your own heart.Scripture reminds us that “Out of the heart flow the issues of life” 4:23.The challenge is not first found in your parents’ hearts, but in your own response, your own perspective, and your own willingness to align with God’s truth. Before placing blame or justifying distance, Take time to search inwardly Ask God to reveal what is within, , , ,or of His , Because healing and clarity often begin there.God’s order does not shift to match our emotions or experiences, rather,He calls our hearts to be transformed so that we may walk in obedience and understanding.

If/When we humble ourselves before God and allow Him to examine our hearts,He restores perspective, heals relationships, and brings us back into alignment with His design for family, honor, and love.

Life has a way of changing our roles.Today we may be the ones giving help, care, and strength,
And tomorrow,we may be the ones needing a helping hand
This is whyindness,
patience, and compassion are so important.Every act of love we show to others is a seed planted for future generations,When we choose empathy over impatience, understanding over judgment, and grace over criticism,we reflect the heart of Christ. We honor the journeys of those around us while shaping the kind of world we hope to live in ourselves. The love we give today becomes a legacy that can touch lives long after we are gone.May we never forget that everyone is carrying a story, fighting a battle,or walking a road we may not fully understand.Let us treat others with the same mercy, dignity, and compassion that we would one day hope to receive.
"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." 4:32
Kindness costs little, but its impact can echo through generation.

True joy is not found in perfect circumstances, wealth,or comfort,it is found in a close relationship with God.Storms may come, trials may rise, and seasons may change, but the believer who walks with God carries a peace and happiness that the world cannot take away. When Christ is our foundation, our hearts can still rejoice even in difficult times, because our strength comes from the One who never fails.

“Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines… yet I will rejoice in the Lord,I will joy in the God of my salvation.”
3:17-18

25:1–13
The parable of the teaches believers the importance of being spiritually prepared for the return of Jesus Christ. All ten virgins looked the same outwardly, but only five were truly ready when the bridegroom arrived. The wise virgins kept extra oil for their lamps, while the foolish ones neglected preparation. When the cry came at midnight, the wise entered the wedding feast, but the foolish were left outside.

God is looking for readiness, not just appearance. It is possible to look like a believer outwardly yet be spiritually empty inwardly. Our relationship with God cannot be borrowed from others. Each believer must pray, seek God,obey His Word, and keep their own spiritual fire burning.Jesus will return unexpectedly, therefore we must remain faithful, watchful, and prepared at all times.

*Benefits of Being Like the Wise Virgins*
Spiritual readiness brings peace, wisdom, and endurance.A faithful believer will not be shaken when difficult seasons come. Those who remain faithful to Christ will enter into eternal joy with Him.

*Consequences of Being Like the Foolish Virgins*
Carelessness and spiritual laziness can lead to separation from God.Delaying repentance and neglecting prayer can cause a believer to grow cold spiritually.Opportunity does not last forever, one day the door will close.

wait until the last moment to seek God.Keep your lamp full through prayer, obedience, holiness, and intimacy with Christ.Stay awake spiritually, because the return of Jesus is closer than ever. Those who are prepared will rejoice when the Bridegroom comes.

Don't ever play with someone who carries God's favor and walks in His fire. When God steps into the situation,it is no longer a battle between people,It becomes a matter of divine justice. What man tries to destroy,God is able to defend, restore, and vindicate.

"Touch not My anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm."

Walk humbly, treat others with respect, and remember, when God fights for His people,no enemy can stand against Him.

*PENTECOST*
*THE POWER*
*THE PROMISE*
*AND THE HARVEST*
Fifty days after the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and ten days after His ascension into heaven, something extraordinary happened. One hundred and twenty believers gathered in an upper room in Jerusalem, waiting in obedience for the promise Jesus had spoken of:
"I am going to send you what my Father has promised." *Luke 24:49* They did not know exactly how God would move, but they trusted His Word. Then suddenly, the sound of a mighty rushing wind filled the house. Tongues of fire rested upon each of them, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak as the Spirit enabled them (Acts 2:1-4).

What happened next changed the world forever.

People from many nations had gathered in Jerusalem and heard the disciples declaring the wonders of God in their own languages.Peter, the same man who had once denied Jesus three times, stood up boldly and proclaimed Christ crucified, risen, and reigning as Lord.He declared the fulfillment of God's promise through the prophet Joel"I will pour out my Spirit on all people."The result? About 3,000 souls were saved, baptized, and added to the church in a single day *Acts 2:41* The Church was born.

Pentecost means "fiftieth."In the Old Testament it was the Feast of Weeks, celebrated fifty days after Passover as a thanksgiving for the firstfruits of the harvest.God chose this very day to pour out His Spirit, revealing that the greatest harvest would not be grain, *But souls.* The Holy Spirit was never given merely for a spectacle. He was given for a mission.

Pentecost reminds us that God keeps His promises.Jesus promised the Father would send the Holy Spirit, and He did exactly as He said.Likewise, every promise God has made to His children remains true.If He says He will never leave you,He will not abandon you.If He says He will provide,He will provide. If He says He will complete the work He began in you,He will finish it.Like those believers in the upper room,we must learn to wait on God with faith and expectancy.

Pentecost also teaches us that God's power is for witness, not merely comfort.Jesus said, "You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses" *Acts 1:8* The Spirit empowers us to share Christ through our words, our prayers, our love, our kindness, and our testimony. The Holy Spirit does not simply make us feel better; He makes us bolder for God's glory.

Pentecost proves that one touch from God changes everything. Before Pentecost, the disciples were fearful and hiding behind locked doors.Peter was known for his denial. After Pentecost, those same disciples became fearless witnesses, and Peter preached with such authority that thousands came to Christ.

*Remember this:*
The same Holy Spirit who transformed fearful disciples into courageous servants still works today. He can turn fear into faith, weakness into strength, and doubt into confidence.

*The harvest is still now.*
We are living in the age of the Holy Spirit.God is still calling people to Himself.Every prayer you pray, every word of encouragement you give, every act of faithfulness matters in God's harvest field. No matter your age or circumstances,God can use you for His glory.

So do not seek blessings alone.Seek to be filled afresh with the Holy Spirit. As *Ephesians 5:18* teaches us,continue to be filled.A vessel that is full will overflow into the lives of others.May Pentecost be more than a date on the calendar.May it become a living reality in our hearts.Let us be people who trust God's promises, walk in His power, and participate in His harvest until Jesus returns.

*Prayer*
"Holy Spirit, fill us afresh.Make us bold witnesses for Christ.Use our lives, our strengths, our weaknesses, and every season of our journey for Your glory.Let Pentecost not simply be something we remember, but something we experience daily as we walk with You.

Have a blessed Sunday
In Jesus Name
*Amen*🙏
