Project Maaida Colabs is showcasing Narieman's Cozy Place today.

Let me tell you about this amazing queen māshā Allah.

She is the mastermind behind Narieman's Biscuits, also the director of an organization called Eat Pray Dream they do amazing things in our communities, and now this new venture.

We have collaborated on a function or 2 this is how we met, plus she's the mom of Nizaam Abdol, that stories for another day.

A. Narieman has made intention for umrah in September.

She is working towards her goal let's assist her by purchasing a ticket or go and support them on Sundays for Sunday lunch.

May Allah make the road ahead easy and facilitate an umrah maqbul for aunty bi ithnillah Ameen.

I was told, that when you intend to go on umrah, Allah swt forgave you for your sins already, He invites us to come to Him physically, so that we can know that we've been forgiven, isn't that beautiful.

Oh oh another thing if you yearn for Him (SAW) know that its because He (SAW) yearned for you first. Aah man be still my heart ❤️.

How are you all

Project Maaida Colabs is featuring Zayaan Wellness today, insha Allah.

Rushda use to be a student of mine at Qamar Institute.

I must mention I love businesses and organizations or schools spearheaded by females, I find their origin story is always so amazing.

Due to her own struggles with her health she started her journey of a healthier lifestyle.

Alhamdulillah it has culminated into a thriving business and she's a wellness coach as well supporting other females to break their toxic relationship with food.

Zayaan Wellness and Project Maaida is hosting the Strong Women Workshop, being strong is more than just Mind and Soul, without strength in our Bodies the other 2 cannot perform optimally.

I just completed a 30 day Perimenopause reset with her, let me say it was eye ball opening, I've never read labels like I do now. What I like about Rushda is she continuously encourages you man even if you had a slice of cake, I'm diabetic but I'm in the closet sometimes, lol 😆.

And she checks in on you, how your doing how's it going, I liked that support, especially with my love love relationship I've had with food.

It really opened my eyes to what we consume and the sheer amounts etc of what we consume in a day, without us knowing.

Knowledge is the KEY, ladies.

At Strong Woman she will be going into more detail with the ladies insha Allah.

I can't wait for Strong Women, her presentations are Māshā Allah, side note, I've got my outfit sorted already, you know us ladies its all about the Fit. Just want to mention got it at Blended Studios and Shadika van der Schyff TMR.

So my friend plugged me about the natural products Zayaan Wellness sells.

Like this one, Pit stop, its a underarm, but a natural one man, oh my word after a session of exercise I can barely handle my own smell, i always think if I can't handle my own smell what about others around me smelling me, the horror of it all.

I took Lemonroo i love lemony smelling things.

Let's just say, I struggled to smell myself I was lemony fresh after a lekker session.

Aslm wlkm everyone

Some of us have very good eye sight and other people like myself not so good, Alhamdulillah.

Dr Ally in Kromboom Road is my Optometrist, its always a pleasure visiting doctor.

This visit had doctor a bit concerned so i was advised for safety to consult with an Opthalmic Eye specialist.

Dr Ally advised Dr M Yaseen Ebrahim.

From the onset, the ladies were so helpful and pleasant maashaa Allah.

The assistant was patient and made me feel at ease and was quite efficient.

The visit with Dr Ebrahim was exactly the same, dr has state of the art equipment, everything was explained to me so nicely and let's just say i saw my eye from various angles.

Alhamdulillah thuma Alhamdulillah all is well and I'm suppose to visit in 5 years again, bi ithnillah Ameen.
