Hey girls! 🩷 Whether you're a teen girl, a young girl or a young adult, **YOU ARE INVITED!** From age 12 upwards, come and be part of something truly special! 🙌🔥

At the I AM Foundation, we journey alongside girls and young people by providing safe spaces, mentorship, life skills, emotional support, wellness programmes and spiritual guidance. Together, we address challenges such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, gender-based violence, teenage pregnancy, identity struggles and more.
