Palm Tree Leadership Forum

Palm Tree Leadership Forum PTLF is a non-denominational ministry which strives to unify Christian leaders working among the youth. The PURPOSE of PALM TREE LEADERSHIP FORUM is to:

1.

During initial discussions, a statement of purpose was formulated with the purpose of seeing this vision come into fruition. This statement should be seen as an “early phase” initiative and a stepping stone for new opportunities in other spheres of South African society. Impact the Youth of South Africa through open doors and ministry opportunities that are laid open through the leading of God’s S

pirit;

2. Equip Youth Workers** to effectively reach minors and young adults, working with them in safe environs at schools and tertiary institutions;

3. Engage and encourage Youth Workers who face many challenges working in the field;

4. Be torch bearers to challenge others to take up the great mantle responsibility of reaching today’s youth. We hope to inspire people to LOVE today’s youth – as LOVE is key to effectively see Salvation in young people and their subsequent transformation into Christ’s likeness;

5. See effective partnerships among different Christian groups - encouraging greater unity in the universal Body of Christ;

6. Be prayer focused - it is the power of God at work (not man) that will see the youth changed with positive eternal results;

7. Create awareness concerning the difficulties and hardships faced by the youth. Many Youth Workers remain ignorant of the many pressures facing today’s youth. To highlight the needs that must be addressed by Youth Workers;

8. Network. Ultimately, sharing the Gospel is a great commission; a calling greater than any one person. Our desire should be to go beyond basic unifying initiatives. Unity should extend to working together, being involved in spreading the Good News to every person, especially the youth!

** Youth Worker is a generic term given to anyone in a Christian capacity (lay or clergy) who work with the youth on a regular and impactful basis.

On 12 May 2026, the PTLF Hebron delegation visited the Union Buildings to submit a memorandum calling for the reinstatement of Bible Studies in public schools to help restore moral values among learners.

The memorandum was officially received by the Presidency, and the delegation received a signed acknowledgement of receipt. We now await feedback following consultations by the relevant authorities.

On 18 April 2026, the Kingdom of Senotlelo gathered for a powerful day of prayer and unity 🙏🏾

Elders, pastors, and the community came together to pray for King Mampuru, as he received his certificate of coronation — a moment of great joy and victory.

We also introduced the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) program, with children receiving books and learning materials 📚✨

🌳 **Palm Tree Leadership Forum | Community Engagement Highlights**

On 11 April 2026, Palm Tree Leadership Forum had the privilege of collaborating with Revealing Christ Fellowship Ministries in Soshanguve for a meaningful and interactive prayer meeting focused on both spiritual growth and mental development.

Participants of all ages—children, youth, and adults—were grouped into diverse teams and engaged in puzzle-based activities, including wooden puzzles and crossword challenges. These sessions encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, and intergenerational learning.

It was inspiring to see different age groups working together toward common solutions, sharing ideas, and learning from one another in a spirit of unity and collaboration.

At Palm Tree Leadership Forum, we remain committed to developing creative, thinking, and solution-driven communities through innovative engagement methods.
