Buccleuch Power Failure Notice

Good Morning Buccleuch,

We are receiving reports of power outages affecting residents Gillian , Elizabeth and surrounding Please note this is not loadshedding! The mini sub on Wendy has been vandalised.

Affected residents should urgently log a call with Eskom and post the reference numbers received ( in text not a screenshot), along with your street and complex name (if applicable), in the Buccleuch Service Delivery group:

under the Eskom Electricity Supply topic so we can escalate to Eskom ASAP. Your reference will not be escalated if sent to any other groups.

You will need your Eskom account number or meter number to log a fault. If you live in a complex with a shared Eskom meter, please request the managing agent or trustees to log this or get the details and log it yourself. Do not wait for anyone else to log a call.

Remember, the more people that log it, the higher priority it gets on Eskom's list of repairs, and the faster they will dispatch a technician.

Good afternoon Juno Aurora Angels,
We trust that you are all doing well and keeping safe and hydrated in this heat.

We would like to thank Ashok and Jerome for each purchasing a gas refill, we are extremely grateful to you guys, we should be good with gas for the next 2 weeks. However we urgently need electricity, we only have enough for the next 2 days, absolutely any assistance towards this would be greatly appreciated as we really cannot afford to throw away the food in the freezer.
To give an indication R500 only lasts 3 to 4 days, every little bit will help.
