All information needed to register and enroll for ECD National Diploma (SAQA23118) will be shared by Facilitators and Assessors.

ECD National Diploma is a 2-year study after which you are accredited with 360 credits needed to enroll for B.Ed.

Classes will start in October 2025 and end in March 2027 to ensure sufficient time to obtain your qualification.

Today, 15 years ago I stepped into the offices of Imisebeyelanga Services.
What a journey it has been from day one.

All the people I have had the immense privilege of meeting.
Helping, teaching, learning from.

Stepping out of the corporate world into the NPO world, I did not know what I was getting into. Some days funding opportunities put you at the top, some days the lack of funding make you share what little you have with those around you.

Some days lifted my spirit, some days broke my heart.
Because -
I have seen growth and development, I have also seen people giving up.
I have motivated, I have kicked some butts, I have cried with others.
I have always been proud of everyone who achieved, and made a point of telling them so.
Laughing, crying, holding hands, soothing hurting hearts, motivating, kicking backsides, sharing hugs - it's all in a day's work.

One day you are dressed to the 't', the next day you are in sweatpants cleaning and fixing.
Today you are a role model, tomorrow you learn from others.
You sweat blood, you shed tears.
As along every journey - you meet the most amazing people, and you also encounter the worst.

It is said that when you love what you do, you don't have to work a day in your life.
I would not change being part of this amazing group of humans for any other work.
