تتقدم مؤسسة لأجلك للاستجابة والتنمية الإنسانية FYFHRD بخالص التهاني والتبريكات للدكتورة / Afrah Al-Zouba أفراح الزوبة بمناسبة نيلها ثقة القيادة السياسية وتعيينها وزيرة للخارجية وشؤون المغتربين كأول امرأة تتولى هذا المنصب السيادي في تاريخ الجمهورية اليمنية وذلك امتدادا لحضورها الفاعل وحراكها العملي خلال فترة تولّيها وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي.
كما نُبارك للدكتورة عهد جعسوس تعيينها وزيرة للإدارة المحلية والذي يأتي مواكبة لجهودها ونشاطها خلال فترة توليها وزارة شؤون المرأة.
إن الانتقال إلى هذه المسؤوليات الجديدة يمثل محطة هامة تعكس الحرص على استثمار الخبرات الوطنية وتعزيز حضور المرأة في مراكز صنع القرار ومواقع المسؤولية التنفيذية.

تعكس مؤسسة لأجلك للاستجابة والتنمية الإنسانية FYFHRD التزامها بتعزيز قدراتها المؤسسية من خلال تطوير منظومة التخطيط الاستراتيجي بما يدعم كفاءة الأداء ويرسخ ثقافة العمل المؤسسي القائم على الرؤية والتخطيط والمساءلة.
وبالشراكة مع هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة من صندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني تم تعزيز قدرات فريق المؤسسة في مجالات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، والحوكمة والتحليل المؤسسي وإعداد الخطط التشغيلية بما يسهم في بناء مؤسسة أكثر جاهزية واستدامة.
وقد أسهم هذا المسار في:

1. تطوير مهارات الفريق في استخدام أدوات التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتحليل المؤسسي لدعم صناعة القرار.

2. تعزيز القدرة على إعداد خطط استراتيجية وتشغيلية تستند إلى تحليل الاحتياجات والأولويات المؤسسية.

3. ترسيخ مفاهيم الحوكمة والمساءلة وإدارة المخاطر كمرتكزات للتطوير المؤسسي.

4. بناء رؤية استراتيجية تعزز استدامة المؤسسة وترفع جاهزيتها لتقديم تدخلات إنسانية وتنموية أكثر فاعلية.

Strategic Planning... Investing in Institutional Sustainability and Long-Term Impact

FYFHRD is committed to strengthening its institutional capacity by advancing strategic planning practices that enhance organizational performance and foster a culture of vision, accountability, and continuous improvement.

In partnership with UN Women and with support from the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund , the organization strengthened staff capacities in strategic planning, institutional governance, organizational analysis, and operational planning to build a more resilient and sustainable institution.

This journey contributed to:

1. Strengthening staff skills in strategic planning tools and institutional analysis to support informed decision-making.

2. Enhancing the ability to develop strategic and operational plans based on organizational priorities and community needs.

3. Promoting governance, accountability, and risk management as core institutional practices.

4. Building a strategic vision that strengthens organizational sustainability and improves the effectiveness of humanitarian and development interventions.

بحضور وزير الإدارة المحلية.. مؤسسة لأجلك تشارك في حوار وطني حول اللامركزية وتعزيز التنمية والسلام في اليمن

في إطار التزامها بدعم الحوار حول قضايا الحوكمة والتنمية وبناء السلام شاركت مؤسسة لأجلك للاستجابة والتنمية الإنسانية FYFHRD ممثلةً برئيسة المؤسسة الدكتورة داليا محمد في الندوة العلمية الافتراضية التي نظمها فريق الدراسات والبحوث في التيار الوطني للسلام بعنوان:
"اللامركزية وتوزيع الموارد في الجمهورية اليمنية: التحديات والفرص".

واكتسبت الندوة أهمية خاصة من خلال حضور ومشاركة معالي المهندس بدر محمد باسلمة، وزير الإدارة المحلية الذي تناول خلال النقاش عدداً من القضايا المرتبطة بتطوير الإدارة المحلية، وتعزيز كفاءة المؤسسات ومعالجة تحديات توزيع الموارد إلى جانب مشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والمهتمين بالحكم المحلي والسياسات العامة ومن بينهم سعادة السفيرة خديجة ردمان.

ومثّلت الندوة مساحة مهمة للحوار حول مستقبل الإدارة المحلية وآليات تحسين توزيع الموارد وتعزيز الكفاءة المؤسسية بما يدعم مسارات التنمية المتوازنة والاستقرار المجتمعي.

In the Presence of the Minister of Local Administration, FYFHRD Participates in National Dialogue on Decentralization, Development and Peace in Yemen

As part of its commitment to advancing dialogue on governance, development, and peacebuilding, For You Foundation for Humanitarian Response and Development (FYFHRD), represented by its President Dr. Dalia Mohammed, participated in the virtual scientific seminar organized by the Studies and Research Team of the National Peace Current under the title:

“Decentralization and Resource Distribution in the Republic of Yemen: Challenges and Opportunities.”

The seminar gained special significance through the participation of H.E. Eng. Badr Mohammed Basalma, Minister of Local Administration, who highlighted key issues related to strengthening local administration, enhancing institutional efficiency, and addressing challenges related to resource distribution. The dialogue also brought together a number of experts and specialists in local governance and public policy, including Ambassador Khadija Radman.

The seminar provided an important platform to discuss the future of local governance, mechanisms for improving resource allocation, and strengthening institutional capacities to support balanced development and social stability.

FYFHRD believes that effective governance is not only essential for improving service delivery, but also a fundamental pillar for building public trust and advancing sustainable peace.

Through its continued engagement in national dialogue platforms, the Foundation remains committed to contributing to more inclusive and equitable development solutions that respond to community needs and strengthen the participation of women and youth in shaping a better future.

إحياء العمل التعاوني... استثمار في صمود المجتمعات الريفية وبناء السلام

في إطار التزامها بدعم التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز صمود المجتمعات الريفية شاركت مؤسسة لأجلك للاستجابة والتنمية الإنسانية FYFHRD ممثلةً برئيستها الدكتورة داليا محمد (Dalia Mohammed) في الورشة الوطنية الإلكترونية "التعاونيات... بوابة تنمية الريف وبناء السلام" التي نظمتها الجمعية السودانية لحماية البيئة بالتعاون مع إعلاميون من أجل البيئة والتنمية المستدامة وبالشراكة مع منظمة بيئتي ومنظمة كلنا سودان للتنمية المستدامة وحركة السودان الأخضر ومنظمة سودا سوداني وذلك احتفاءً باليوم الدولي للتعاونيات واليوم الدولي للتنمية الريفية.

وتأتي هذه المشاركة انطلاقاً من إيمان المؤسسة بأن تعزيز صمود المجتمعات الريفية يبدأ بتمكينها من قيادة تنميتها وإدارة مواردها وأن التعاونيات تمثل أداةً فاعلة لدعم سبل العيش وتعزيز الأمن الغذائي وبناء السلام المستدام.

كما تؤكد المؤسسة أن العمل التعاوني يمتلك جذوراً راسخة في التجربة اليمنية حيث شكّلت التعاونيات لعقود نموذجاً ناجحاً للتنمية المحلية القائمة على المبادرات المجتمعية.
واليوم، وفي ظل تحديات النزاع والتغيرات المناخية تبرز الحاجة إلى إحياء هذا الإرث وتطويره بما يعزز قدرة المجتمعات الريفية – وفي مقدمتها النساء – على الصمود، وإدارة الموارد الطبيعية، وصناعة مستقبل أكثر استدامة.

Revitalizing Cooperatives as a Pathway to Rural Resilience and Peacebuilding

As part of its commitment to sustainable development and strengthening rural resilience, the For You Foundation for Humanitarian Response and Development (FYFHRD), represented by its Executive Director Dr. Dalia Mohammed, participated in the virtual national workshop “Cooperatives: A Gateway to Rural Development and Peacebuilding.”

The workshop was organized by the Sudanese Environment Protection Society, in collaboration with Journalists for Environment and Sustainable Development, and in partnership with Biati Organization, Kolona Sudan for Sustainable Development, Green Sudan Movement, and Soda Sudani Organization, in celebration of the International Day of Cooperatives and the International Day of Rural Development.

This engagement reflects the Foundation’s belief that strengthening rural resilience begins with empowering communities to lead their own development and manage their resources, and that cooperatives are a powerful tool for improving livelihoods, enhancing food security, and fostering sustainable peace.

The Foundation also emphasizes that cooperatives are deeply rooted in Yemen’s development experience, where they have long served as a successful model for community-driven development. Today, amid conflict and climate-related challenges, there is a growing need to revive and adapt this legacy to strengthen the resilience of rural communities—particularly women—enabling them to manage natural resources and shape a more sustainable future.

FYFHRD continues to work alongside its partners to support local solutions that empower communities, advance sustainable development, and promote peace from the grassroots level.

تعزيز قدرات المدربين في حقوق الإنسان : مشاركة فاعلة في برنامج تدريبي متخصص بتعز

شاركت مؤسسة لأجلك للاستجابة والتنمية الإنسانية FYFHRD ممثلة بالدكتورة داليا محمد رئيسة المؤسسة في برنامج تدريب المدربين (ToT) في مجال حقوق الإنسان الذي نظمه مكتب المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان في محافظة تعز خلال الفترة من 28 يونيو إلى 1 يوليو بمشاركة عدد من المدافعين والمدافعات عن حقوق الإنسان وممثلي منظمات المجتمع المدني.

وقد جاءت هذه المشاركة ضمن فعاليات برنامج تدريب المدربين الذي ركز على تطوير مهارات تصميم وتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية في مجال حقوق الإنسان وتعزيز أساليب التدريب التفاعلي وبناء قدرات المدربين على نقل المعرفة إلى مجتمعاتهم ومؤسساتهم.

وتكتسب هذه البرامج أهمية خاصة في تمكين المشاركين من أدوات تدريب أكثر فاعلية بما يسهم في تحسين جودة نقل المفاهيم الحقوقية وتعزيز حضورها في السياق المجتمعي.

Enhancing Human Rights Trainers’ Capacities: Active Participation in a Specialized Training Program in Taiz

For You Foundation for Humanitarian Response and Development, represented by its Executive Director Dr. Dalia Mohammed, participated in the Training of Trainers (ToT) program on Human Rights organized by the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in Taiz from June 28 to July 1, with the engagement of human rights defenders and civil society representatives.

This participation came within the framework of the Training of Trainers program, which focused on strengthening skills in designing and delivering human rights training, enhancing interactive training methodologies, and building trainers’ capacities to effectively transfer knowledge to their communities and institutions.

Such programs play a vital role in equipping participants with effective training tools that improve the quality of human rights knowledge dissemination and its integration into community practice.

The Foundation reaffirms its commitment to benefiting from specialized capacity-building programs that enhance institutional performance and strengthen its role in human rights and community development.

في إطار تعزيز الحوار حول العدالة المناخية وأثرها على النساء في السياقات الهشة شاركت
مؤسسة لأجلك للاستجابة والتنمية الإنسانية FYFHRD ممثلةً برئيستها الدكتورة داليا محمد في الورشة التدريبية الافتراضية "التغيرات المناخية وتأثيراتها على النساء: تعزيز المعرفة والقدرة على التكيف" التي نظمتها مبادرة مسار السلام (Peace Track Initiative) بدعم من المشروع الهولندي واستهدفت عضوات شبكة التضامن النسوي من مختلف المحافظات اليمنية واستمرت على مدى ثلاثة أيام.

وتأتي هذه المشاركة في ظل التحديات المتزايدة التي تفرضها التغيرات المناخية على المجتمعات الهشة وانطلاقًا من أهمية تعزيز الحوار حول العدالة المناخية ودورها في حماية النساء وتمكينهن وبناء قدراتهن على التكيف مع التحديات البيئية والمناخية.

وتناولت الورشة العلاقة بين التغيرات المناخية والنوع الاجتماعي وأثرها المتزايد على النساء في البيئات المتأثرة بالنزاعات كما ركزت على تعزيز المعرفة بالعدالة المناخية وبناء قدرات المشاركات في مجالات التكيف والمناصرة واستعراض أدوات عملية لإدماج البعد البيئي في المبادرات النسوية والعمل المجتمعي.

Climate Justice and Women in Fragile Contexts: Strengthening Dialogue and Development Partnerships

As part of its commitment to advancing dialogue on climate justice and its impact on women in fragile settings, the For You Foundation for Humanitarian Response and Development (FYFHRD), represented by its Executive Director, Dr. Dalia Mohammed, participated in the virtual training workshop "Climate Change and Its Impacts on Women: Strengthening Knowledge and Adaptive Capacity."

The three-day workshop was organized by the Peace Track Initiative, with support from the Dutch Project, and brought together members of the Women's Solidarity Network from across Yemen.

The workshop highlighted the growing impacts of climate change on women in conflict-affected and fragile contexts, while promoting a deeper understanding of climate justice, gender-responsive adaptation, advocacy, and practical approaches to integrating environmental considerations into women-led and community initiatives.

FYFHRD believes that such dialogue platforms play a vital role in strengthening partnerships, exchanging knowledge, and developing more inclusive and sustainable responses that enhance the resilience of women and communities facing climate and humanitarian challenges.
