اليوم الثاني والختام من ورشة «الأمية الرقمية وأثرها على التمكين المستدام والحماية للنساء والفتيات»
ركزت أعمال اليوم الثاني من الورشة على العلاقة بين الوعي الرقمي والتمكين الاقتصادي المستدام للنساء والفتيات، ومناقشة الفرص التي تتيحها المعرفة والمهارات الرقمية في مجالات التعليم والعمل وتطوير مصادر الدخل والمشاريع الصغيرة إلى جانب التحديات والمخاطر المرتبطة باستخدام المنصات الرقمية.
كما ناقش المشاركون أثر الأمية الرقمية والفجوة الرقمية على المشاركة المجتمعية للنساء، ودور المعرفة الرقمية في تعزيز الوصول إلى المعلومات والخدمات، والمشاركة في القضايا المجتمعية، والاستفادة بصورة أكثر وعيًا وأمانًا من التكنولوجيا.
وتناولت الجلسات أيضًا المناصرة الرقمية لقضايا النساء والفتيات، من خلال مناقشة القضايا المستهدفة والجمهور والرسائل ووسائل التأثير، إلى جانب أهمية مراعاة الخصوصية والحماية عند استخدام الفضاء الرقمي.
وحضر جانبًا من أعمال اليوم الثاني الدكتور محمود البكاري، ممثلًا عن مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، حيث أشاد بأهمية مثل هذه الدورات للنساء والفتيات، وما تمثله من أهمية في تعزيز الوعي بالقضايا المرتبطة بالاستخدام الرقمي.
وفي ختام الورشة، ناقش المشاركون عددًا من التوصيات التي ركزت على تعزيز التدريب العملي في المهارات والأمان الرقمي، وحماية الخصوصية والحسابات، ورفع الوعي بمخاطر الاحتيال والابتزاز الإلكتروني والاستمرار في تطوير المهارات الرقمية بما يدعم تمكين النساء والفتيات ومشاركتهن بصورة أكثر أمانًا واستدامة.
الورشة ضمن مشروع «تدخلات تغيّر الحياة من أجل ازدهار النساء»، تنفيذ مؤسسة لأجلك للاستجابة والتنمية الإنسانية FYFHRD ومؤسسة معًا للتنمية الإنسانية، بتمويل من منظمة ZOA وبالتعاون مع منظمة صناع النهضة.

Day Two and Closing of the Workshop “Digital Illiteracy and Its Impact on Sustainable Empowerment and the Protection of Women and Girls”
The second day of the workshop focused on the relationship between digital awareness and the sustainable economic empowerment of women and girls, including the opportunities that digital knowledge and skills can provide in education, employment, income generation, and small businesses, alongside the challenges and risks associated with the use of digital platforms.
Participants also discussed the impact of digital illiteracy and the digital divide on women’s community participation, as well as the role of digital knowledge in improving access to information and services, supporting participation in community issues, and enabling safer and more informed use of technology.
The sessions also addressed digital advocacy for women’s and girls’ issues, including discussions on priority issues, target audiences, messages, and means of influence, while highlighting the importance of privacy and protection when using digital spaces.
Part of the second-day activities was attended by Dr. Mahmoud Al-Bakari, representing the Office of Social Affairs and Labor, who highlighted the importance of such training activities for women and girls and their relevance to raising awareness of issues related to digital use.
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants discussed a number of recommendations focusing on practical training in digital skills and safety, protecting privacy and accounts, raising awareness of online fraud and blackmail risks, and continuing to develop digital skills that support safer and more sustainable empowerment and participation for women and girls.
The workshop is part of the project “Life-Changing Interventions for Women’s Prosperity”. Implementation by For You Foundation for Humanitarian Response and Development (FYFHRD) and Ma’an Foundation for Humanitarian Development, funded by ZOA and in cooperation with Nahda Makers Organization.
