نبذة مختصرة عن المنظمة:
•تأسست المنظمة عام 1997م.
•مؤسسها أ/عبد الرحمن المروني.
•تبنت المنظمة مبادرة جوهرية وفريدة على مستوى الساحة اليمنية.
•بلغ عدد المنتسبين لعضويتها حتى 2010م (4200) عضو؛ من كبار القيادات المجتمعية والنخب المثقفة.
•حققت المنظمة نجاحات فاجأت الجميع؛ مثل
ت الحلم والتحدي معاً.
الهدف العام من تأسيس المنظمة:
•تعزيز قيم السلام والتسامح الاجتماعي في إطار السلام الإنساني؛ منطلقة من رؤى إنسانية-أمن الناس في المقام الأول-مؤمنة في توجهها أن السلام والأخوة الإنسانية لا يمكن أن تقوم على أساس ديني أو مذهبي أو قومي أو عنصري؛ بل على أساس إنساني عميق الجذور رحب المدى يليق بحاجة كل البشر.
الأهداف والمحاور الرئيسية:
1.مكافحة التطرف الديني وكل عوامل العنف وتعزيز قيم التسامح والسلام وعالمية حقوق الإنسان.
2.التدخل في حل النزاعات المسلحة سلمياً وكشف قدر معانات المجتمع منها.
3.التوعية بمخاطر الأسلحة وتشجيع المجتمع على مساعدة نفسه في تجنبها وتطوير المهارات المعرفية الإنسانية في حياته.

In Brief:
•Founded in 1997.
•The founer is Sheikh Abdulrahman Y. AL-Marwani (a member in IANSA and International Amnesty).
•The Organization adopter a unique and essential initiative that considered the first in Yemen.
•Number of Affiliates of the organization until 2010 was 4200, with different social statuses, such as, community leaders and cultural elites.
•The organization has achieved a number of successes surprised all because it has represented both dream and challenge. Aims:
Reinforce values of social peace and tolerance within the framework of universal peace, based on human visions-people security as a higher priority, and it believes that peace and human brotherhood can not be integrated on bases of religions, doctrines or races unless otherwise for all human beings. Objectives:
1.Combating extremism and violence.
2.Reinforcing tolerance and peace values and universality of human rights.
3.Mediating to solve peacefully the army conflicts and revealing the social suffering resulted form the armed conflicts as well as educating community to rid of negative phenomena by developing the cognitive skills of community individuals.
