انطلاق دورة تدريبية في التجميل وتصفيف الشعر بأبين ضمن مشروع التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة

انطلقت في محافظة أبين فعاليات الدورة التدريبية المتخصصة في مجال التجميل وتصفيف الشعر، التي تنفذها مؤسسة مسار الاستدامة للتنمية (SPD) ضمن مشروع التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة، بتمويل من Engagement Global الألمانية Engagement Global عبر مؤسسة Adapt In e.V. الألمانية Adapt in e.V.
وتستهدف الدورة 25 متدربة من مديرية زنجبار، وتستمر لمدة 30 يوماً بواقع 120 ساعة تدريبية، تجمع بين التدريب النظري والتطبيق العملي، بهدف إكساب المشاركات مهارات مهنية تساعدهن على دخول سوق العمل وخلق مصادر دخل مستدامة.
التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة لا يقتصر على التدريب فقط، بل يهدف إلى الانتقال بالمرأة من مرحلة التعلم إلى مرحلة الإنتاج والاعتماد على الذات.
وبعد انتهاء الدورة، ستحصل المتدربات على حقائب تمكين متخصصة تتضمن أدوات تساعدهن على تطبيق المهارات المكتسبة والبدء في ممارسة المهنة وتحويلها إلى مصدر دخل.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن جهود مؤسسة مسار الاستدامة للتنمية لدعم النساء وفتح آفاق جديدة أمامهن، من خلال الجمع بين التدريب المهني وتو العمل والتمكين الاقتصادي، بما يسهم في تحسين مستوى دخل الأسر وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع.

Launch of a Beauty and Hairdressing Training Course in Abyan as Part of the Women’s Economic Empowerment Project

A specialized training course in beauty and hairdressing has been launched in Abyan Governorate, implemented by SustainPath Development (SPD) as part of the Women’s Economic Empowerment Project, funded by Engagement Global, Germany, through the German organization Adapt In e.V.
The course targets 25 women from Zinjibar District and will run for 30 days, totaling 120 training hours. It combines theoretical instruction with practical application, aiming to equip participants with professional skills that will help them enter the labor market and create sustainable sources of income.
Women’s economic empowerment is not limited to training. It aims to support women in moving from learning to productivity and self-reliance.
Upon completion of the training, participants will receive specialized empowerment kits containing tools that will help them apply the skills they have acquired, start practicing their profession, and turn their skills into a source of income.
This initiative is part of SustainPath Development’s (SPD) efforts to support women and create new opportunities for them by combining vocational training, work tools, and economic empowerment. This approach contributes to improving household incomes and promoting sustainable development within the community.
