منظمة ديم للتنمية تواصل تقديم المساعدات الطارئة للأسر النازحة في ظل الصراع الحاصل في المنطقة.

تواصل منظمة #ديم تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية الطارئة للأسر النازحة والمتضررة من الصراع في عدد من المديريات بمحافظات تعز ولحج والضالع، بتمويل من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان (UNFPA) ضمن آلية الاستجابة الطارئة، وذلك للاستجابة للاحتياجات العاجلة للأسر النازحة والمتضررة ودعمها في ظل الظروف الإنسانية الصعبة.

وفي إطار هذه الاستجابة، واصلت منظمة ديم تقديم المساعدات الطارئة للأسر المستهدفة،

ففي محافظة #تعز، شملت الاستجابة مديريات المعافر، الشمايتين، جبل حبشي، المظفر، المسراخ، القاهرة، صبر الموادم، المواسط وصالة، حيث استفادت 4,434 أسرة من المساعدات الطارئة.

أما في محافظة #لحج، فقد وصلت المساعدات إلى 1,433 أسرة في مديريات تبن، ردفان، المسيمير والحوطة، ضمن استجابة شملت عددًا من المديريات الأخرى من خلال عمليات التحقق وتحديد الأسر المتضررة.

وفي محافظة #الضالع، استفادت 548 أسرة من المساعدات الطارئة في مديريتي قعطبة والضالع.

وتأتي هذه الاستجابة في إطار الجهود الإنسانية المشتركة للتخفيف من أثر النزوح والصراع على الأسر المتضررة، من خلال توفير المساعدات الطارئة والوصول إلى الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا في المناطق المستهدفة.

Deem for Development Organization Continues Providing Rapid Response Assistance to Displaced Families Amid the Ongoing Conflict

continues to provide emergency humanitarian assistance to displaced families and people affected by the ongoing conflict across a number of districts in , , and ’e governorates, The response is funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) through the Emergency Response Mechanism, aiming to address the urgent needs of displaced and conflict-affected families and support them amid the challenging humanitarian conditions.

As part of this response, Organization continues to deliver emergency assistance to targeted families.

In Governorate, the response covers the districts of Al Ma’afer, Al Shamayateen, Jabal Habashi, Al Muzaffar, Al Misrakh, Al Qahirah, Saber Al Mawadim, Al Mawasit, and Salah, where 4,434 have received emergency assistance.

In Governorate, assistance has reached 1,433 in the districts of Tuban, Radfan, Al Musaymir, and Al Hawtah. The response also included several other districts through verification and identification of affected families.

In ’e Governorate, 548 have received emergency assistance in the districts of Qatabah and Al Dhale’e.

This response forms part of broader humanitarian efforts to mitigate the impact of displacement and conflict on affected families by providing emergency assistance and reaching those most in need in the targeted areas.

استجابة إنسانية متواصلة: منظمة #ديم تساند 4,805 أسرة نازحة في تسع مديريات بمحافظة #تعز

واصلت منظمة ديم للتنمية، بتمويل من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان (UNFPA)، تنفيذ تدخلات آلية الاستجابة السريعة (RRM) في محافظة تعز، استجابةً للاحتياجات الطارئة للأسر المتضررة من النزاع والنزوح.

وخلال الفترة من 3 إلى 18 سبتمبر 2026، قدّمت فرق المنظمة مساعدات طارئة إلى 4,805 أسر نازحة، فيما تلقت بلاغات نزوح شملت 8,554 أسرة، واستكملت عمليات التحقق من 6,408 أسر.

وشملت الاستجابة تسع مديريات في محافظة تعز، هي: المعافر، جبل حبشي، الشمايتين، المظفر، القاهرة، المسراخ، المواسط، صبر الموادم، وصالة.

وفي 18 سبتمبر وحده، استفادت 533 أسرة من المساعدات ضمن الاستجابة المستمرة، في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى الوصول إلى الأسر الأكثر احتياجًا ومساندتها خلال ظروف النزوح.

وتُظهر البيانات حتى 18 سبتمبر وجود 1,603 أسر تم التحقق منها ولم تحصل بعد على المساعدة، ما يؤكد الحاجة إلى مواصلة وتسريع جهود الاستجابة والتنسيق لضمان وصول الدعم إلى الأسر المشمولة بالتحقق.

وتؤكد منظمة ديم للتنمية أهمية استمرار الدعم الإنساني في ظل الاحتياجات المتزايدة، وتثمّن دعم صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان، إلى جانب جهود الفرق الميدانية والجهات المعنية والشركاء في الوصول إلى الأسر المتضررة وتقديم المساندة اللازمة لها.

# Ongoing Humanitarian Response: Deem Supports 4,805 Displaced Families in Nine Districts of Governorate

Deem for Development Organization, funded by the UNFPA in Yemen - صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان في اليمن , continued implementing Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) interventions in Taiz Governorate in response to the urgent needs of families affected by conflict and displacement.

Between 3 and 18 September 2026, Deem’s field teams provided emergency assistance to 4,805 displaced families. During the same period, displacement alerts were received covering 8,554 families, while verification processes were completed for 6,408 families.

The response covered nine districts across Taiz Governorate: Al-Ma’afer, Jabal Habashi, Al-Shamayatain, Al-Mudhaffar, Al-Qahirah, Al-Misrakh, Al-Mawaset, Saber Al-Mawadim, and Salh.

On 18 September alone, 533 families received assistance as part of the ongoing response, reflecting continued efforts to reach and support families most in need amid the difficult circumstances of displacement.

Data as of 18 September show that 1,603 verified families have not yet received assistance, underscoring the need to sustain and accelerate response and coordination efforts to ensure that support reaches all verified families.

Deem for Development Organization reaffirms the importance of continued humanitarian support amid growing needs and expresses its appreciation for the support provided by UNFPA, as well as the efforts of field teams, relevant authorities, and partners in reaching affected families and providing them with the assistance they need.

**ديم تقدم مساعدات طارئة لـ1,236 أسرة نازحة وتواصل المسوحات الميدانية**

تواصل منظمة #ديم للتنمية، من خلال مشروع "آلية الاستجابة الطارئة (RRM)، بتمويل من صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان "، استجابتها الإنسانية للأسر النازحة في محافظة تعز، بالتزامن مع متابعة بلاغات النزوح في محافظة لحج، في ظل تزايد الاحتياجات الإنسانية منذ بداية سبتمبر 2026.

وحتى إعداد هذا التحديث، تلقت المنظمة بلاغات نزوح تتعلق بأكثر من 5,000 أسرة، واستكملت فرقها الميدانية التحقق من 2,861 أسرة، وقدمت المساعدات الطارئة إلى 1,236 أسرة، للمساهمة في تلبية احتياجاتها الأساسية والتخفيف من معاناتها.

وفي محافظة لحج، تلقت المنظمة بلاغات بشأن نزوح 557 أسرة، وتواصل متابعة المستجدات بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية والشركاء الإنسانيين.

ولا تزال المسوحات الميدانية وأعمال الرصد والتحقق مستمرة، فيما تبقى الفجوة بين الاحتياجات والمساعدات المتاحة كبيرة، مع وجود 1,625 أسرة تم التحقق منها ولم تتلقَّ المساعدة بعد.

وتواصل فرق ديم جهودها للوصول إلى الأسر المتضررة وتحديث بيانات الاحتياجات، بما يسهم في توجيه الاستجابة وصون كرامة الأسر النازحة.

DEEM provides emergency assistance to 1,236 displaced households as field assessments continue**

DEEM for Development Organization, through the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) project funded by the UNFPA in Yemen - صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان في اليمن , continues its humanitarian response to displaced families in while following up on displacement alerts in , amid growing humanitarian needs since the beginning of September 2026.

As of this update, DEEM has received displacement alerts concerning more than 5,000 households, completed verification for 2,861 households, and provided emergency assistance to 1,236 households, helping meet their immediate needs and ease their suffering.

In Lahj, DEEM has received alerts concerning 557 displaced households and continues to monitor developments in coordination with relevant authorities and humanitarian partners.

Field assessments, monitoring and verification remain ongoing. The gap between needs and available assistance remains substantial, with 1,625 verified households still awaiting support.

DEEM’s field teams continue reaching affected families and updating needs data to guide the response and uphold the dignity of displaced households.

ضمن أنشطة مشروع "تعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي من خلال إعادة التأهيل وإعادة إدماج الأطفال والشباب"، كرّمت منظمة #ديم للتنمية اليوم، 9 سبتمبر 2026، عدد 31 طالبًا ممن أتموا بنجاح دورة "أساسيات الإمدادات الكهربائية والطاقة الشمسية"، التي نُفذت خلال الفترة من 5 يوليو وحتى 5 أغسطس 2026، في محافظة #عدن

وأقيم التكريم بحضور معالي الأستاذ نايف صالح البكري، وزير الشباب والرياضة، والمستشار الوطني للصندوق العالمي لإشراك المجتمعات المحلية وتعزيز قدرتها على الصمود (GCERF)، إلى جانب ممثلين عن الجهات ذات العلاقة.

وجاءت الدورة ضمن نشاط خدمات حماية الطفل متعددة القطاعات، بهدف إكساب المشاركين المهارات والمعارف العملية الأساسية في مجالي الإمدادات الكهربائية والطاقة الشمسية، بما يسهم في تنمية قدراتهم ودعم إعادة تأهيلهم واندماجهم الإيجابي في المجتمع.

ومن أبرز مخرجات هذه الجهود، اعتماد الدورات التدريبية المقدمة للشباب من قبل معالي وزير الشباب والرياضة ووزارة الشباب والرياضة، بما يعزز قيمة هذه البرامج التدريبية ويدعم استفادة الشباب منها. ويأتي هذا الإنجاز، بعد فضل الله تعالى، ثمرةً للدعم المقدم من GCERF والجهود التي تبذلها منظمة ديم للتنمية وشركاؤها في الاستثمار في قدرات الأطفال والشباب وفتح آفاق أفضل أمامهم.

As part of the “Enhancing Social Cohesion through the Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Children and Youth” project, DEEM for Development Organization recognized 31 students today, 9 September 2026, following their successful completion of the “Basics of Electrical Supply and Solar Energy” training course, conducted from 5 July to 5 August 2026, In Gov.

The recognition ceremony was attended by H.E. Naif Saleh Al-Bakri, Minister of Youth and Sports, the National Advisor of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund(GCERF), along with representatives of relevant stakeholders.

The training was implemented under the Multi-Sectoral Child Protection Services activity and aimed to equip participants with foundational knowledge and practical skills in electrical supply and solar energy, contributing to their capacity development, rehabilitation, and positive reintegration into their communities.

A significant outcome of these efforts was the endorsement of the youth training courses by H.E. the Minister of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, further strengthening the recognition and value of these capacity-building opportunities. This achievement, by the grace of God, reflects the support provided by GCERF and the efforts of DEEM for Development Organization and its partners to invest in the capacities of children and youth and create better opportunities for their future.

🎓 60 شابًا وشابة يختتمون رحلة التدريب المهني في #عدن

في يوم الخميس الموافق 3 سبتمبر 2026م، اختتمت منظمة #ديم للتنمية، بتمويل من الصندوق العالمي لإشراك المجتمعات وتعزيز قدرتها على الصمود (GCERF #)، أنشطة التدريب المهني ضمن مشروع تعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي، احتفاءً بتخرج 60 شابًا وشابة بعد إتمامهم بنجاح برامج التدريب المهني في مجالات الخياطة، والامدادات الكهربائية، وأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية.

وشهد الحفل الختامي حضور ممثلين عن الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، بما في ذلك وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، ووزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي، وهيئات التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني، إلى جانب ممثلي مكاتب هذه الجهات في محافظة عدن، وممثل عن الصندوق العالمي لإشراك المجتمعات وتعزيز قدرتها على الصمود (GCERF).

🤝 كما شارك في الفعالية ممثلون عن القطاع الخاص، من بينهم شركة المقبلي، وشركة توشا، وشركة الأخوين للطاقة الشمسية، إلى جانب عدد من الجهات الأخرى، بما يعزز الربط بين تنمية المهارات المهنية واحتياجات سوق العمل والفرص المتاحة أمام الشباب.

وكخطوة مكملة، يجري حاليًا التنسيق لدعم 20 خريجًا وخريجة من المشاركين، من بينهم 10 مشاركين تلقوا تدريبًا في مجال التجهيزات الكهربائية والطاقة الشمسية، و10 مشاركات في مجال الخياطة، وذلك من خلال توفير مسارات مهنية إضافية وفرص عملية تساعدهم على تحويل المهارات التي اكتسبوها إلى سبل عيش مستدامة.

🎓 60 Young Men and Women Complete Their Vocational Training Journey in Aden

On Thursday, 3 September 2026, for Development Organization, funded by the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF), concluded its vocational training activities under the Social Cohesion Enhancement Project, celebrating the graduation of 60 young men and women who successfully completed vocational training programs in sewing, electrical supplies, and solar energy systems.

The closing ceremony was attended by representatives of relevant government authorities, including the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, and the Technical Education and Vocational Training authorities, along with representatives of their respective offices in Aden Governorate, as well as a representative of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund ( ).

🤝 The event also brought together representatives from the private sector, including Al-Muqbili Company, Tosha Company, and Al-Akhwain Solar Energy Company, along with several other organizations. Their participation strengthens the connection between vocational skills development, labour-market needs, and employment opportunities available to young people.

As a complementary step, coordination is currently underway to support 20 selected graduates, including 10 participants trained in electrical supplies and solar energy, and 10 female participants trained in sewing, by providing additional professional pathways and practical opportunities that can help them transform their newly acquired skills into sustainable livelihoods.

Deem for Development Continues Empowering Youth Through Vocational Training in Basic Electrical Supplies in Gov.

As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen protection and promote the economic empowerment of young people, for Development continues to implement a vocational training program in Basic Electrical Supplies, targeting 31 young participants under the Multi-Sectoral Child Protection Services component of the project "Strengthening Social Cohesion and Reducing Violence through the Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Youth and Children."

Running from 5 July to 4 August 2026, the program is designed to equip participants with fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical skills in electrical supplies. By enhancing their technical competencies, the training aims to improve their access to future employment opportunities and sustainable livelihoods, while supporting positive pathways toward self-reliance and meaningful community integration.

This initiative reflects the importance of providing youth with market-relevant vocational skills that enable them to overcome economic and social challenges, while offering safe and constructive alternatives that contribute to both personal well-being and community stability.

During the implementation of the program, the organization welcomed the project's National Consultant on a field monitoring visit to observe the progress of the training, engage directly with participants, hear their experiences and feedback, and assess the quality of implementation to ensure the activities are achieving the intended outcomes in line with the project's objectives.

وفد أممي رفيع المستوى يزور موقع "الظهرة" للنازحين بالشمايتين ويؤكد أهمية الانتقال نحو التعافي والتنمية المستدامة

استقبلت منظمة ديم للتنمية، يوم الاثنين 15 يونيو 2026، وفدًا أمميًا رفيع المستوى برئاسة السيدة أديم سورنو، مديرة قسم الاستجابة في مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (أوتشا) - نيويورك، وذلك خلال زيارة ميدانية إلى موقع "الظهرة" للنازحين بمديرية الشمايتين في محافظة #تعز ، والذي تشرف المنظمة على إدارته وتنفيذ أنشطته الإنسانية.

وهدفت الزيارة إلى الاطلاع عن كثب على أوضاع الأسر النازحة وتقييم احتياجاتها الأساسية، خاصة في قطاعات المياه والإصحاح البيئي والمأوى، إلى جانب الاستماع المباشر للنازحين والتعرف على التحديات التي يواجهونها في حياتهم اليومية.

وتضمن برنامج الزيارة جولة ميدانية داخل الموقع، أعقبها لقاء مفتوح مع المستفيدين في المركز المجتمعي، حيث ناقش المشاركون فرص تعزيز الاعتماد على الذات من خلال تنفيذ مشاريع مستدامة ومدرة للدخل تسهم في تحسين الظروف المعيشية للأسر النازحة وتعزز اندماجها في المجتمع المضيف.

Senior UN Delegation Visits Al-Dhahrah IDP Site in Al-Shamayatayn, Highlights the Importance of Transitioning Toward Recovery and Sustainable Development

On 15 June 2026, Deem for Development welcomed a high-level United Nations delegation led by Ms. Adim Surno, Head of the Response Division at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in New York, during a field visit to Al-Dhahrah Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Site in Al-Shamayatayn District in , which is managed and operated by Deem for Development.

The visit aimed to assess the living conditions of displaced families and identify their most pressing needs, particularly in the areas of water, shelter, and environmental sanitation. It also provided an opportunity for direct engagement with community members to better understand the challenges they face in their daily lives.

The delegation conducted a field tour of the site, followed by an open discussion with beneficiaries at the community center. The meeting focused on opportunities to strengthen self-reliance through sustainable livelihood initiatives that can improve living conditions and support the social and economic integration of displaced families within host communities.

Discussions also underscored the importance of strengthening collaboration between the United Nations, donors, and civil society organizations to facilitate a shift from emergency humanitarian assistance toward recovery and sustainable development programming. Particular emphasis was placed on improving shared infrastructure and essential services that benefit both displaced populations and host communities.

At the conclusion of the visit, the UN delegation expressed its appreciation for the efforts of Deem for Development in managing the site and delivering humanitarian services. The delegation commended the organization’s strong coordination and effective management, recognizing its commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting dignity and resilience among displaced populations.

استقبلت منظمة #ديم للتنمية، بالتنسيق مع السلطة المحلية بمديرية المعافر في محافظة #تعز، نائب ممثل UNFPA in Yemen - صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان في اليمن السيد مصطفى الكنزي وفريقه، في زيارة ميدانية هدفت إلى الاطلاع على أوضاع الأسر النازحة وتقييم احتياجاتها الإنسانية.

وخلال الزيارة، استعرضت المنظمة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه النازحين، في ظل تزايد تأثيرات الأمطار والتغيرات المناخية وتراجع المساعدات الإنسانية، الأمر الذي فاقم من معاناة العديد من الأسر التي تكافح لتأمين احتياجاتها الأساسية.

Deputy Representative in Yemen Conducts Field Visit to Assess the Situation of Internally Displaced Families in Al-Ma’afer.

Deem for Development, in coordination with the local authority in Al-Ma’afer District, Taiz Governorate, welcomed Mr. Mustafa Al-Kenzi, Deputy Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Yemen, and his team during a field visit aimed at assessing the conditions of internally displaced families and identifying their humanitarian needs.

During the visit, the organization presented the key challenges facing displaced communities, particularly amid the growing impact of heavy rainfall, climate change, and the decline in humanitarian assistance. These factors have further exacerbated the hardships experienced by many families struggling to meet their basic needs.

The delegation also conducted a field tour to one of the displacement sites, where they met with several displaced families and listened firsthand to their daily concerns and priority needs.

The delegation reaffirmed UNFPA’s commitment to following up on the needs identified during the visit and to working closely with partners and supporting agencies to strengthen the humanitarian response for the most vulnerable families.

At the conclusion of the visit, for Development expressed its appreciation for this field mission, noting that such visits reflect a genuine concern for the wellbeing of displaced populations and contribute to amplifying their voices and conveying their suffering to relevant stakeholders and donors.
