منظمة ديم للتنمية تواصل تمكين الشباب من خلال التدريب المهني في أساسيات الإمدادات الكهربائية في محافظة #عدن.

في إطار جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز الحماية والتمكين الاقتصادي للشباب، تواصل منظمة #ديم للتنمية تنفيذ برنامج التدريب المهني في أساسيات الإمدادات الكهربائية، مستهدفًا 31 شابًا ضمن أنشطة خدمات حماية الطفل متعددة القطاعات في مشروع "تعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي وتقليل العنف من خلال إعادة تأهيل وإعادة إدماج الشباب والأطفال".

ويمتد البرنامج خلال الفترة من 5 يوليو إلى 4 أغسطس 2026، حيث يركز على تزويد المشاركين بالمعارف والمهارات العملية الأساسية في مجال الإمدادات الكهربائية، بما يعزز قدرتهم على الوصول إلى فرص عمل مستقبلية ومصادر دخل مستدامة، ويسهم في بناء مسارات إيجابية نحو الاعتماد على الذات والاندماج الفاعل في المجتمع.

ويأتي هذا التدريب انطلاقًا من أهمية تمكين الشباب بالمهارات المهنية التي تساعدهم على مواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وتوفر لهم بدائل آمنة تسهم في تعزيز الاستقرار الشخصي والمجتمعي.

وخلال سير البرنامج، استقبلت المنظمة المستشارة الوطنية للمشروع في زيارة ميدانية هدفت إلى الاطلاع على سير العملية التدريبية، والالتقاء بالمشاركين، والاستماع إلى آرائهم وتجاربهم، إلى جانب متابعة جودة تنفيذ الأنشطة والتأكد من تحقيق النتائج المرجوة بما ينسجم مع أهداف المشروع.

وتؤكد منظمة ديم للتنمية التزامها بمواصلة تنفيذ التدخلات التي تضع الإنسان في صميم جهودها، وتسهم في تعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي، وتمكين الشباب والأطفال من بناء مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا وأملاً.

يُنفذ هذا النشاط بدعم وتمويل من الصندوق العالمي لتعزيز صمود المجتمع (GCERF)، في إطار الشراكة الرامية إلى تعزيز فرص الحماية والتنمية المستدامة للمجتمعات المحلية في اليمن.

Deem for Development Continues Empowering Youth Through Vocational Training in Basic Electrical Supplies in Gov.

As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen protection and promote the economic empowerment of young people, for Development continues to implement a vocational training program in Basic Electrical Supplies, targeting 31 young participants under the Multi-Sectoral Child Protection Services component of the project "Strengthening Social Cohesion and Reducing Violence through the Rehabilitation and Reintegration of Youth and Children."

Running from 5 July to 4 August 2026, the program is designed to equip participants with fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical skills in electrical supplies. By enhancing their technical competencies, the training aims to improve their access to future employment opportunities and sustainable livelihoods, while supporting positive pathways toward self-reliance and meaningful community integration.

This initiative reflects the importance of providing youth with market-relevant vocational skills that enable them to overcome economic and social challenges, while offering safe and constructive alternatives that contribute to both personal well-being and community stability.

During the implementation of the program, the organization welcomed the project's National Consultant on a field monitoring visit to observe the progress of the training, engage directly with participants, hear their experiences and feedback, and assess the quality of implementation to ensure the activities are achieving the intended outcomes in line with the project's objectives.

for Development reaffirms its commitment to implementing people-centered interventions that contribute to strengthening social cohesion and empowering youth and children to build a more stable, resilient, and hopeful future.

This activity is implemented with the support and funding of the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF) as part of a partnership aimed at enhancing protection opportunities and promoting sustainable development for local communities in Yemen.

وفد أممي رفيع المستوى يزور موقع "الظهرة" للنازحين بالشمايتين ويؤكد أهمية الانتقال نحو التعافي والتنمية المستدامة

استقبلت منظمة ديم للتنمية، يوم الاثنين 15 يونيو 2026، وفدًا أمميًا رفيع المستوى برئاسة السيدة أديم سورنو، مديرة قسم الاستجابة في مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (أوتشا) - نيويورك، وذلك خلال زيارة ميدانية إلى موقع "الظهرة" للنازحين بمديرية الشمايتين في محافظة #تعز ، والذي تشرف المنظمة على إدارته وتنفيذ أنشطته الإنسانية.

وهدفت الزيارة إلى الاطلاع عن كثب على أوضاع الأسر النازحة وتقييم احتياجاتها الأساسية، خاصة في قطاعات المياه والإصحاح البيئي والمأوى، إلى جانب الاستماع المباشر للنازحين والتعرف على التحديات التي يواجهونها في حياتهم اليومية.

وتضمن برنامج الزيارة جولة ميدانية داخل الموقع، أعقبها لقاء مفتوح مع المستفيدين في المركز المجتمعي، حيث ناقش المشاركون فرص تعزيز الاعتماد على الذات من خلال تنفيذ مشاريع مستدامة ومدرة للدخل تسهم في تحسين الظروف المعيشية للأسر النازحة وتعزز اندماجها في المجتمع المضيف.

كما تناولت النقاشات أهمية تعزيز الشراكة بين الأمم المتحدة والجهات المانحة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، بما يسهم في الانتقال من الاستجابة الإنسانية الطارئة إلى برامج التعافي والتنمية المستدامة، مع التركيز على دعم البنية التحتية والخدمات الأساسية المشتركة التي تخدم النازحين والمجتمعات المضيفة على حد سواء.

وفي ختام الزيارة، عبّر الوفد الأممي عن تقديره للجهود التي تبذلها منظمة ديم للتنمية في إدارة الموقع وتقديم الخدمات الإنسانية، مشيدًا بمستوى التنسيق والتنظيم الذي يعكس التزام المنظمة بخدمة الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا وتعزيز كرامتها الإنسانية.

Senior UN Delegation Visits Al-Dhahrah IDP Site in Al-Shamayatayn, Highlights the Importance of Transitioning Toward Recovery and Sustainable Development

On 15 June 2026, Deem for Development welcomed a high-level United Nations delegation led by Ms. Adim Surno, Head of the Response Division at the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in New York, during a field visit to Al-Dhahrah Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Site in Al-Shamayatayn District in , which is managed and operated by Deem for Development.

The visit aimed to assess the living conditions of displaced families and identify their most pressing needs, particularly in the areas of water, shelter, and environmental sanitation. It also provided an opportunity for direct engagement with community members to better understand the challenges they face in their daily lives.

The delegation conducted a field tour of the site, followed by an open discussion with beneficiaries at the community center. The meeting focused on opportunities to strengthen self-reliance through sustainable livelihood initiatives that can improve living conditions and support the social and economic integration of displaced families within host communities.

Discussions also underscored the importance of strengthening collaboration between the United Nations, donors, and civil society organizations to facilitate a shift from emergency humanitarian assistance toward recovery and sustainable development programming. Particular emphasis was placed on improving shared infrastructure and essential services that benefit both displaced populations and host communities.

At the conclusion of the visit, the UN delegation expressed its appreciation for the efforts of Deem for Development in managing the site and delivering humanitarian services. The delegation commended the organization’s strong coordination and effective management, recognizing its commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and promoting dignity and resilience among displaced populations.

زيارة ميدانية لنائب ممثل صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان في #اليمن السيد مصطفى الكنزي وفريقه للاطلاع على أوضاع النازحين في مديرية #المعافر - محافظة #تعز.

استقبلت منظمة #ديم للتنمية، بالتنسيق مع السلطة المحلية بمديرية المعافر في محافظة #تعز، نائب ممثل UNFPA in Yemen - صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان في اليمن السيد مصطفى الكنزي وفريقه، في زيارة ميدانية هدفت إلى الاطلاع على أوضاع الأسر النازحة وتقييم احتياجاتها الإنسانية.

وخلال الزيارة، استعرضت المنظمة أبرز التحديات التي تواجه النازحين، في ظل تزايد تأثيرات الأمطار والتغيرات المناخية وتراجع المساعدات الإنسانية، الأمر الذي فاقم من معاناة العديد من الأسر التي تكافح لتأمين احتياجاتها الأساسية.

كما نفذ الوفد جولة ميدانية إلى أحد مواقع النزوح، حيث التقى بعدد من الأسر واستمع مباشرة إلى احتياجاتها وهمومها اليومية.

وأكد الوفد حرص صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان على متابعة الاحتياجات التي تم رصدها خلال الزيارة والعمل مع الشركاء والجهات الداعمة لتعزيز الاستجابة الإنسانية للأسر الأكثر احتياجاً.

وفي ختام الزيارة، أعربت منظمة ديم للتنمية عن تقديرها لهذه الزيارة الميدانية التي تعكس الاهتمام بأوضاع النازحين وتسهم في إيصال أصواتهم ومعاناتهم إلى الجهات الداعمة.

Deputy Representative in Yemen Conducts Field Visit to Assess the Situation of Internally Displaced Families in Al-Ma’afer.

Deem for Development, in coordination with the local authority in Al-Ma’afer District, Taiz Governorate, welcomed Mr. Mustafa Al-Kenzi, Deputy Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Yemen, and his team during a field visit aimed at assessing the conditions of internally displaced families and identifying their humanitarian needs.

During the visit, the organization presented the key challenges facing displaced communities, particularly amid the growing impact of heavy rainfall, climate change, and the decline in humanitarian assistance. These factors have further exacerbated the hardships experienced by many families struggling to meet their basic needs.

The delegation also conducted a field tour to one of the displacement sites, where they met with several displaced families and listened firsthand to their daily concerns and priority needs.

The delegation reaffirmed UNFPA’s commitment to following up on the needs identified during the visit and to working closely with partners and supporting agencies to strengthen the humanitarian response for the most vulnerable families.

At the conclusion of the visit, for Development expressed its appreciation for this field mission, noting that such visits reflect a genuine concern for the wellbeing of displaced populations and contribute to amplifying their voices and conveying their suffering to relevant stakeholders and donors.

في اليوم العالمي للقضاء على الناسور الولادي، تقف منظمة #ديم للتنمية مع النساء اللواتي عانين بصمت، ونؤمن أن لكل امرأة الحق في الرعاية الصحية الآمنة والحياة الكريمة.

وراء كل حالة ناسور ولادي قصة أمل وتعافٍ واستعادة للحياة من جديد.

إن الوصول إلى خدمات الصحة الإنجابية، والتدخل الطبي في الوقت المناسب، والارشاد السري الاجتماعي، لا يعالج الحالة فحسب، بل يعيد للمرأة كرامتها وثقتها بنفسها وقدرتها على العودة لحياتها الطبيعية ورعاية أسرتها.

في إطار الجهود المستمرة لدعم الأسر المتضررة من النزاع، نفّذت منظمة #ديم للتنمية تدخّلًا إنسانيًا في مديرية القاهرة بمحافظة #تعز، ضمن مشروع الاستجابة المتكاملة لإدارة المخيمات والمأوى والمواد غير الغذائية.

حيث تم تقديم دعم إيجارات لـ 110 أسرة من الفئات الأكثر ضعفًا، بما يسهم في تأمين مأوى آمن لهم وتعزيز استقرارهم في ظل الظروف الصعبة.

وقد جرى تنفيذ عملية الصرف بالتنسيق مع بنك الكريمي، مع اتخاذ ترتيبات منظمة لتسهيل وصول المستفيدين من الرجال والنساء وتفادي الازدحام، إلى جانب توعيتهم بآلية الشكاوى والتأكيد على أن الخدمة المقدمة مجانية بالكامل.

ويأتي هذا التدخل بدعم كريم من صندوق التمويل الإنساني في اليمن ، في إطار تعزيز جهود الاستجابة الإنسانية والوصول إلى الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا.

تؤمن منظمة ديم للتنمية أن العمل الإنساني يتجاوز تقديم المساعدات، ليصنع أثرًا حقيقيًا في حياة الناس ويعيد لهم جزءًا من كرامتهم.

As part of its ongoing efforts to support conflict-affected families, Deem for Development Organization implemented a humanitarian intervention in Al-Qahirah District, Governorate, under the integrated CCCM, Shelter, NFIs response project.

Through this intervention, 110 vulnerable households received rental assistance, contributing to securing safe shelter and enhancing their stability amid challenging conditions.

The disbursement process was carried out in coordination with Al-Kuraimi Bank, with organized arrangements to facilitate access for both men and women and to avoid overcrowding. Beneficiaries were also informed about the complaints mechanism and assured that the service provided is completely free.

This intervention was implemented with the generous support of the Yemen Humanitarian Fund as part of efforts to strengthen humanitarian response and reach the most vulnerable groups.

في مشهدٍ يعكس روح التضامن الإنساني، نفّذت منظمة #ديم للتنمية تدخّلًا ميدانيًا لدعم الأسر المتضررة من النزاع في محافظة #تعز، ضمن مشروع الاستجابة المتكاملة لإدارة المخيمات والمأوى والمواد غير الغذائية.

حيث تم توزيع 159 حقيبة لصيانة المأوى في مديريتي الشمايتين والمعافر، مستهدفةً الأسر الأكثر احتياجًا، في خطوة تهدف إلى تحسين ظروفهم المعيشية وتعزيز قدرتهم على مواجهة التحديات اليومية.

هذا التدخل لم يكن مجرد توزيع مساعدات، بل رسالة أمل للأسر التي تعاني من آثار النزوح والصراع، حيث ساهمت هذه الحقائب في إعادة تأهيل مساكنهم المتضررة، ومنحهم شعورًا بالأمان والاستقرار.

In a scene that reflects the spirit of humanitarian solidarity, for Development Organization carried out a field intervention to support conflict-affected families in Governorate, as part of the integrated response project for Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM), shelter, and non-food items (NFI).

A total of 159 shelter repair kits were distributed in Al-Shamayatayn and Al-Ma’afer districts in Gov. , targeting the most vulnerable families. This activity aims to improve their living conditions and strengthen their ability to cope with daily challenges.

This intervention was not merely an aid distribution but a message of hope for families suffering from the impacts of displacement and conflict. These kits contributed to rehabilitating their damaged shelters and restoring a sense of safety and stability.

This intervention was implemented with the generous support of the Yemen Humanitarian Fund as part of joint efforts to enhance the humanitarian response and reach the most vulnerable populations.

• أن تكون المبادرة مقدمة من مبادرة شبابية أو منظمة مجتمع مدني محلية.

منذ طفولتها واجهت أمل صعوبات كبيرة، وتزوجت في سن مبكرة لتبدأ رحلة مليئة بالتحديات. ورغم الظروف القاسية، لم تستسلم، فبدأت العمل لتوفير لقمة العيش لأطفالها.

✨ عبر المساحة الامنة التابعة لمنظمة #ديم للتنمية وبدعم من منظمة كير CARE حصلت أمل على جلسات دعم نفسي ودورة تدريبية في صناعة المعجنات. بجهدها وإصرارها، أنهت التدريب بنجاح، وحصلت على معدات خاصة بصناعة المعجنات والحلويات لتبدأ مشروعها الصغير.

اليوم، أمل تصنع المعجنات والحلويات وتبيعها في المدارس والبقالات، لتؤمن دخلاً ثابتًا يعيل أسرتها ويمنحها الأمل بمستقبل أفضل.



From a young age, Amal faced immense hardship. Married at a young age, she embarked on a journey filled with challenges. Despite the difficult circumstances, she persevered and began working to provide a living for her children.

✨ Through the safe space provided by for Development Organization, and with support from CARE, Amal received psychological support sessions and a pastry-making training course. With her hard work and determination, she successfully completed the training and received equipment for making pastries and sweets, enabling her to start her own small business.

Today, Amal makes and sells pastries and sweets in schools and grocery stores, securing a stable income to support her family and giving her hope for a better future.
