مؤسسة دعم التوجه المدني الديمقراطي "مدىّ":
منظمة تطوعية غير حكومية مستقلة لا تسعى إلى أي نوع من أنواع الربح المادي مسجلة لدى وزارة الشؤون الإجتماعية . تقوم " مدىّ " بتنفيذ أنشطة تتعلق بالمجتمع اليمني كوحدة متكاملة بينما يقوم كل مركز من مراكز المؤسسة بتنفيذ مشاريع أو أنشطة وبرامج توعوية وتثقيفية خاصة بقطاع أو شريحة اجتماعية معينة. ذلك أن المؤسسة أنشئت وستسعى دوما لتكون منظمة "أم" بمعنى آخر منظمة مظلية للمراكز التابعة لها وكذا للمنظمات الغير حكومية والجمعيات المحلية التي ترغب في المشاركة في البرامج والأنشطة التي تنفذها "مدى".
