* رسالتنا:
الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان والنهوض بها وترسيخ قيمها ومبادئها القائمة على صون الكرامة والحريات والمساواة والعدالة والتضامن والتسامح وقبول الاختلاف واحترام الرأي والرأي الآخر وترسيخ هذه القيم كثقافة حقوقية مجتمعية تتجلى في سلوكيات الأفراد وعلاقاتهم ببعضهم في حياتهم الخاصة والعامة

* رؤيتنـــا:
بناء مجتمع العدالة والمساواة وسيادة القانون وصون كرامة الإنسان وحماية الحريات العامة وحقوق المواطنين، والسعي لرفع ثقافة المجتمع إلى الحد الأعلى بحقوقهم وطرق المطالبة السلمية المشروعة بها وكذلك تفعيل ونشر وسائل التنمية البشرية في مختلف المجالات وضمان تكافؤ فرص الحصول عليها لجميع أفراد المجتمع.

* أهدافنا:
1) الدفاع عن الحقوق والحريات و رصد وتوثيق الانتهاكات والخروق ومناصرة ضحاياها وتقديم العون لهم والعمل على مساعدة وإغاثة وتأهيل ضحايا العنف والكوارث.
2) النهوض بثقافة حقوق الإنسان والعمل على نشرها وتضمينها في مناهج التعليم وترسيخها في المجتمع وفي سلوكيات ومواقف الأفراد العامة والخاصة.
3)إبداء الرأي في القوانين والاتفاقيات الدولية والمشروعات المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان والمشاركة في عملية تحديث ومراجعة الأنظمة والقوانين القائمة ومدى انسجامها مع القواعد القانونية المرعية لحقوق الإنسان على المستوى الدولي، وبما يتوافق مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية.
4)تعزيز ودعم وتنسيق جهود أعضاء المنظمة بالمنظمات المحلية والدولية في مجال حقوق الإنسان وفي مراقبة وحث الجهات المعنية بالدولة على تطبيق واحترام مبادئ حقوق الإنسان المقرة والالتزام بها.
5)إعطاء اهتمام خاص بالفئات الأكثر عرضة للتمييز والعنف والإقصاء كالأطفال والنساء وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والفئات الأشد فقراً في المجتمع وكذا إعطاء اهتمام خاص بحقوق المعتقلين في السجون، المغتربين اليمنيين واللاجئين لدى اليمن.
6)السعي إلـــى إنشاء مركز يقدم من خلال كوادره الفكر والتنوير للإنسانية فــي مجالات الحقوق والحريات، وتوحيد جهود مؤسسات المجتمع فـي ذلك والتــي تؤدي إلـى رفع المستوى الثقافـي والعلمي وحفظ الحقوق وصيانتها.

Our mission:
Defending human rights and promoting and consolidating values and principles based on the dignity and freedoms, equality and justice, solidarity, tolerance and acceptance of differences and respect for others' opinions and consolidate these values as a culture human rights community is reflected in the behavior of individuals and their relationships with each other in their private and public. Vision:
Build a society of justice, equality and the rule of law and human dignity and the protection of public freedoms and rights of citizens, and strive to raise the culture of the society to the upper limit of their rights and ways to claim legitimate peaceful them as well as the activation and deployment of the means of human development in various fields and to ensure equitable access to all members of society. Our goals:
1) defend the rights and freedoms and to monitor and document violations and violations and advocate for victims and provide them with help and work to help the relief and rehabilitation of victims of violence and disasters.
2) the promotion of a culture of human rights and to have it published and included in the curricula of education and instilled in society and in the behavior and attitudes of public and private individuals.
3) express an opinion on the laws and international conventions and human rights projects and participate in the process of updating and revision of laws and regulations existing and its compatibility with the established legal rules for human rights at the international level, and in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia.
4) promote, support and coordinate the efforts of the members of the organization with local and international organizations in the field of human rights and in control and urged the concerned authorities in the country to apply and respect for the principles of human rights and adherence to approved.
5) give special attention to the most vulnerable categories of discrimination, violence and exclusion, such as children, women and people with special needs and the poorest in society, as well as give special attention to the rights of detainees in prisons, Yemeni expatriates and refugees to Yemen.
6) seeking to establish a center offers through Koardh thought and enlightenment of humanity in the areas of rights and freedoms, and uniting the efforts of institutions in society and lead to the lifting of the cultural and scientific level and the preservation of rights and maintenance.
