اهداف المنظمة1- التواصل مع المنظمات والجمعيات واﻻتحادات والمؤسسات داخل اليمن والخارج للعمل معا على خلق مجتمع خال من الفقر والجهل والمرض.
2-المساهمة في مكافحة الفقر عن طريق مشاريع مدرة للدخل واﻻستفادة من البرامج المعتمدة للمنظمات والمؤسسات العاملة في هذا المجال.
3- رعاية الطفولة واﻻمومة والعجزة والمسنين وذي اﻻحتياجات الخاصة من خلال الخدمات التي تقدمها المنظمة.
4- كفالة ورعاية اﻻيتام وإقامة اﻻنشطه ا
لتأهيلية لهم.
5- تقديم البرامج التعليمية والكفاﻻت العلمية لمختلف المراحل الدراسية وتنفيذ برامج وحملات توعية وتثقيف صحي ومكافحة اﻻمراض الوبائية.
6- المساهمة في نشر التوعية ومحاربة اﻻمية وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقه.7- اﻻسهام والتنسيق بين المنظمة والجهات الرسمية والشعبية من أجل رعاية ومساعدة الفقراء والمساكين واﻻيتام والمنكوبين والنازحين.
8- العمل على تحسين وتطوير اوضاع المرأة اليمنية تربويا وثقافيا واجتماعيا وصحيا، والعمل على تدريبها وتأهيلها ؛ خاصة المرأة العاطلة وتحويلها الى نواه منتجة ﻻ عالة على المجتمع وبالتعاون والتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.

1- Communicate with international charities, societies and institutions inside Yemen or abroad alike for working together to help innocents as well as creating a world without poverty, ignorance and diseases.
2- Contribute to the fight against poverty through income-generating projects, and take the advantage of the approved programs of the organizations and institutions which works in such fields.
3- Take care of childhood, motherhood, elderly who need help, as the main principles provided by our organization.
4-Ensure and care of the orphans by establishing rehabilitating activities for them.
5- Provide education programs and scientific guarantees at various levels of education and implementation of awareness for health and educate campaigns.
6- Contribute to awareness campaign against illiteracy in coordinating with the related authorities.
7-Coordinate and Contribute between our organization with the officials and society alike for taking care and helping poor and needy people, orphans, victims and displaced people due to the war.
8- Working to improve and develop the Yemeni women's situation at various aspects such as education, health care, social and cultural aspects, in addition to giving women without education working opportunitis through ad-hoc programs (learning, training with relevant authorities).
