لقاء تشاوري موسع لشبكة النماء اليمنية (YDN) يؤكد على الحوكمة والشفافية لصنع أثر مستدام

عقدت شبكة النماء اليمنية للمنظمات الأهلية (YDN) اليوم لقاءها التشاوري الموسع تحت شعار: "الحوكمة طريقنا لبناء مجتمعي يصنع الأثر المستدام"، بمشاركة واسعة من ممثلي المنظمات والمؤسسات والجمعيات الأعضاء، حضوريًا وعبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي.
وفي كلمته الافتتاحية، أكد الأمين العام للشبكة، الأستاذ/ عبدالرزاق البكيلي، على أهمية تعزيز قدرات المنظمات والأفراد في مجال الحوكمة، مشيرًا إلى أن الشبكة ستطلق برامج تدريبية عاجلة لأعضائها لتحقيق هذا الهدف.
كما استعرض رئيس الشبكة، الأستاذ/ داوود علوه، خطة الأنشطة الاستراتيجية للأشهر القادمة، والتي تشمل:
• إطلاق منصة "وصل" الإلكترونية كأداة نوعية لدعم الجهات الفاعلة في المجالين الإنساني والتنموي.
• تنظيم ملتقى نماء الوطني لبناء القدرات.
• التحضير لمؤتمر وطني كبير بالشراكة مع مؤسسات عربية ودولية.
• الإعلان عن مبادرات جديدة لتعزيز قدرات الأعضاء والفرق الميدانية.
وتحدث الدكتور/ عبدالسلام عيناء، الخبير المالي وعضو مجلس الخبراء بالشبكة، عن أسس تعزيز الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر، مؤكدًا على ضرورة نشر التقارير المالية الدورية لبناء ثقة المتبرعين والشركاء.
من جانبه، استعرض المهندس/ هاني مبارك، رئيس مركز النماء للإعلام الإنساني، تفاصيل منصة "وصل" الإلكترونية، التي ستطلقه الشبكة في الأيام القادمة موضحًا أنها ستوفر مساحة للتشبيك مع أصحاب المصلحة، وتسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومات والاحتياجات بدقة عالية.
وشهد اللقاء جلسة نقاش مفتوحة استمعت خلالها إدارة الشبكة إلى مقترحات وأفكار الأعضاء، والتي ستسهم في تعزيز الدور النوعي لـ YDN وفروعها المنتشرة في جميع أنحاء اليمن، ودفع عجلة التنمية المجتمعية لتكون ركيزة أساسية في عملية التعافي والبناء.

Yemeni Development Network (YDN) Consultative Meeting Emphasizes Governance and Transparency for Lasting Impact
Yemen – September 14, 2025
The Yemeni Development Network for NGOs (YDN) held its extended consultative meeting today under the theme: “Governance: Our Path to a Community that Creates Sustainable Impact”, with broad participation from member organizations and associations both in-person and virtually.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Abdulrazzaq Al-Bakeeli, YDN’s Secretary-General, stressed the importance of enhancing organizations’ and individuals’ capacities in governance, announcing that YDN will launch urgent training programs for its members to achieve this goal.
Mr. Dawood Allouh, Chairman of YDN, presented the strategic plan for the coming months, which includes:
• Launching the “Wasel” electronic platform as a tool to support humanitarian and development actors.
• Organizing the National Nama’a Forum for Capacity Building.
• Preparing for a major national conference in partnership with leading Arab and international institutions.
• Announcing new initiatives soon to strengthen the capacities of members and field teams.
Dr. Abdulsalam Ainaa, financial expert and member of YDN’s Expert Council, highlighted the foundations of strengthening governance and risk management, emphasizing the need for financial transparency and the publication of regular reports to build trust with donors and partners.
Meanwhile, Eng. Hani Mubarak, Head of the Nama’a Center for Humanitarian Media, shared details about the upcoming *“Wasel” platform, which will serve as a comprehensive networking space for stakeholders and facilitate accurate access to data, needs, and information.
The meeting concluded with an open discussion where members shared proposals and ideas to enhance YDN’s role and that of its branches across Yemen, contributing to civil society development as a cornerstone for recovery and sustainable growth.
