Kirby Hill Women's Institute Our meetings take place on the 1st Tuesday of every month @ 7.30 pm in Coronation Hall, Milby, YO51 9BL You will also find extra groups you can join.

We are an active and modern institute open to any women 18+, our current membership age profile spans almost 50 years. We meet on the 1st Tuesday of every month (except February) @ 7.30pm in the Coronation Hall, Old Station Yard, Milby Lane, Milby, YO51 9BL (next to Boroughbridge Brick and Tile). Each meeting there is a speaker or an activity plus the chance to catch up with other members over a

cup of tea and a biscuit. Currently we have a regular book club, a knitting group (for absolute beginners as well as those who are advanced) and several groups that dine together either at local cafes and restaurants, or in each others homes. We share ideas and information on local events. Looking for a friend to go to the theatre, cinema, etc with? Come to a meeting and see if anyone else is interested. If you have thought about going to a WI meeting but the idea of walking into a room where you don't know anyone fills you with dread, contact us at [email protected] and one of us will be waiting to welcome you and introduce you to new friends.
